The private backyard area offers options such as swimming in the private pool with water feature and table, basking in the sun, enjoying a beverage under the Palapa, rinsing off in the outdoor shower, cooking up the day's catch on the grill, and eating/ gathering under the shaded area. Sip your morning coffee on the large back balcony in the Gulf breeze or catch a breathtaking sunset on the front deck. Step inside to the open, inviting living/dining/kitchen area with coastal touches carried throughout. Unwind on the plush couch, sofa, or vibrant accent chairs while watching your favorite movie on the wall-mounted TV with cable and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with an island for prepping, basic pots, pans, and dishes for your cooking needs. Savor meals at the striking wood table and benches with seating for eight guests. There is a stackable washer/dryer for your use as well. The full hall bathroom is comprised of a vanity with a granite countertop and a tile-trimmed tub/shower. Big Nauti was clean, comfortable, and close to the beach.

Big Nauti was clean, comfortable, and close to the beach. We enjoyed morning coffee on the wrap around porches and evening swims in the pool. I'd be happy to return to Big Nauti next time we're in Port A.

Fantastic House

We had a group of girlfriends stay together and this house is exactly how it is pictured. Very cute, clean, comfy, everything you could want in a vacation house. It was very close to the beach, we were able to walk to the amazing Waves coffee shop. The pool was clean, great size, nice pool floats. We will definitely plan a trip back here! This house was perfect and we were so happy with everything. Thank you for a wonderful place!

Great place, needs some attention to detail

Overall, the place was terrific. However, the sheets in the main bedroom appeared to not have been washed as there was hair on the sheets and there was a stain on one of the pillows. There was also a huge cockroach in the bathroom. Oh, and one of the locks on a sliding door was kind of janky as it wasn't functioning properly.

Fun girls trip

Great little house! Location was fantastic, very close to the beach access. House was clean and equipped with everything we needed, including an ice make which was a nice bonus. Pool was a game changer, small but in great condition and even had a few pool floats and toys. Downstairs pool bath was super convenient. Management company was amazing, the AC went out on our second day and they were there to fix it within minutes! Would love to stay here again

My Lab and I could not have had a better vacation. The house was clean and very comfortable. The pool and yard were perfect. We were 5 minutes from the beach by foot and 2 minutes by car. Hope to stay here next year, too.

Weekend getaway

This is a great, pet-friendly home that features a pool and nice outdoor space. The location is prime to walk to the beach (about 0.5 miles). We also walked to Coffee Waves each morning (0.8 miles) while it was still cool in the mornings. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us!

Very clean, located within easy access to town and beach. Pool was still a bit chilly but so was the gulf 🤣. Definitely want to come back over the warmer months! Communication was very easy and all questions were answered quickly! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect location!

We had a great time staying! Had an issue with electric thanks to a storm but I was able to handle it and was checked on the next day to make sure everything was ok - very much appreciate the communication! We will definitely come back and stay again. The location is absolutely perfect! Also, LOVE the access to a washer and dryer - super helpful!

Great House Near the Beach!

My wife and I brought out dogs to Port Aransas to celebrate our anniversary. It was a very relaxing long weekend. The pool area is great with a downstairs bathroom and changing area. We loved the upstairs, wrap-around balcony with the sundeck in the back, and inside the house was perfect for cooking dinner and watching TV. The beach is definitely walking distance if you're not carrying a bunch of stuff, but we took the car during the day. Very close to all of the coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. Great place! We'll definitely stay again.

Great location And Area

Overall the 4 nights we stayed here were really nice. The kitchen and living room were spacious enough for my 3 person family and the swimming pool was very nice. I rated the listing a 3 because the listing isn’t too specific when it comes to the actual property. The top floor is the actual place you stay at and the bottom level is kinda left to your imagination. I only knew we were able to access the bottom level after reading all the reviews on the property and learning how to access the back half of the down stairs area. I guess I could have easily messaged the manager but I feel like that’s something that should be included on the listing. The front half of the lower part of the property can not be accessed and I’m not sure if that’s a property that can be rented out as well. It does have a “B” at the front door and the top level has an “A” so I’m assuming it is. The issue I see with this is the listing advertises about having a private pool but we were kinda wondering at what point another family will pull up and we would have to share the property. Another issue we had while being there was that there were A LOT of flies and gnats inside the house and we could not find out where they were coming from. It seemed like as soon as we would kill them we would have a couple more buzzing around us so we actually never ate at the property because we were kinda grossed out by it. Two other issues we had were the apps on the TV weren’t working very well so the TV would just reset on its own in the middle of a show so we couldn’t really just hang out to watch TV and the other one was that there was mold on the shower ceiling and all AC vents which may be a health hazard. Overall the stay was OK and I would be willing to stay at the property again if these issues were addressed. I hope this review finds its way to the management company in hopes these issues get taken care of. I hate to leave bad reviews but I feel that I needed to share our experience.

Everything we needed

This was a fantastic property that was enjoyed by the entire family. The location was perfect and just a quick turn down the road to the beach. The property was clean, stocked with essentials, and the communication to check in was everything we needed. Additionally, I appreciated the binder of content that outlines rules and things to know around the house. I know the next time we stay here we will certainly book this property again!
