For those who love to walk, it is about a 20-minute walk to over the Bridge of Lions and downtown where the streets and architecture are richly colored in history! Many shops and restaurants line the boulevard, and you will find treasure after treasure when taking your daily walk. Local artists abound and it just might be the St Augustine vibe, or the fresh sea air, or the gentle breezes that make you want to stay forever. The island where this wonderful home is located is one of the best places to be. Wide white sandy beaches dotted with sand dunes that are covered in Sea Oats. Pelicans perched here and there, and Roseate Spoonbills, Egrets, and Herons all make their homes here. It is a wonderful place to play and stay.

You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.
Dogs only -- Up to two dogs are welcome for a non-refundable fee of $150 for the first dog and $250 for two dogs per visit and must be disclosed prior to arrival or you are subject to $500 fine. Please clean up after your dog(s). If our cleaning team has to, you will be fined $500. No other pets allowed. Thank you.
