LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! Welcome to Calypso UNIT 1-1604. Three bedroom two full bath BEAUTIFUL BEACHFRONT condo. Located in the heart of Panama City Beach. Short walking distance to Pier Park Mall which has a variety of shops, restaurants and activities for the whole family to enjoy. Calypso is located directly on the beautiful white sandy beaches of the gulf of Mexico and has two gulf front pools. Enjoy the most spectacular sunsets from our balcony after a fun day at the beach!!!

*** Beach Chair service is include from March 1st thru October 31st.***

A great place to relax!

This property was amazing! I needed a quick getaway and it did not disapoint. It was quiet, clean, and functional for a family of six. The whole family was comfortable. Things to do and see were walking distances. We will be coming back!

Perfect!!!

The condo was very clean. There was plenty of room for 4 adults. Pier Park is just a short walk. We really enjoyed the balcony in the mornings… Nice place to have your morning coffee. Ted was great with communicating with us. We would definitely come back!!

Great family unit, clean and even better location

This is our 6th time at PCB and 3rd since having littles. We’ve had done extensive research to find a 3 bedroom which has 2 twin beds as opposed to bunk beds like most others offer. Ted’s unit nailed it from the bed arrangements to the provided stocked items in bathrooms, kitchen and laundry - we way overpacked! The owner communicated very well and made sure we were all taken care of. Currently waiting to book this place again for next summer! Would highly recommend.

Relaxation, Peace, and Fireworks

The condo accommodated for our group of 6 quite nicely. It was very clean & we all enjoyed the decor & colors! The balcony stretched from the master bedroom to the living room & we spent most of our time out there, watching for dolphins & observing the many activities happening on the beach (fishing, wakeboarding, sand castles, etc). We also enjoyed the amenities included such as the 2 pools, tiki bar (I LOVED the twinkly lights), and garage parking!! As a bonus, the location of the resort is FABULOUS! We walked to Pier Park & other places, and even had fun on a golf cart, one day. Oh, and watching the fireworks from the 16th floor was BEYOND AMAZING!! The owner was also very kind & responsive and left no questions unanswered. Thank you! The only complaint (and this is minor in my book) was the 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. However, this WAS stated within the rules/itinerary, but the older folks in our group didn't understand since there were numerous hand soaps and other items in abundance. We loved Calypso and will be back! :)

Great Stay

As soon as I walked in the condo my first thought was it smells so good in here. It was very clean, and spacious. I was very impressed. Perfect view of the beach, also a very short walk to Pier Park. This was a very easy process. This was the perfect location to stay.

Vacation 2024 at Canty's Paradise

The Condo was perfect ! the decor was fitting for the beach front ocean view, location was great, everything within walking distance ..pier park mall, pompano Joe's Margaritaville ,etc would recommend this location for a wonderful stay.

WONDERFUL CONDO!!!!

Me, my husband, 10yo, 8yo, 5yo, and 4mo children all stayed in this condo and had plenty of room! We stopped in AL on our way down from IL, we were thinking we would have a lot of time to kill before we could check in. Ted messaged me letting me know it would be ready by noon, then upon further conversation he told me to let him know if we would be there earlier and he could give us a different code to get in. This was awesome because by the time we made it, it was lunch time for all of the kids and we were able to go straight to the condo instead of wandering around for hours. The condo was very clean and well stocked — family members stayed with a different host on the 20th floor and were only provided 4 forks, spoons, etc, for the entire week (there were 4 of them). We had plenty of silverware that we didn’t have to wash something each time we wanted to eat. The washer and dryer was a plus with having multiple kids, they’re bound to get something on their clothes at some point. The condo was within walking distance to pier park, the pier, and we were right on the beach! Ted was great at communicating with us before our stay as we thought we may have to tweak our stay with my daughter competing in tumbling and he was more than willing to work with us and he was always quick to respond to questions about our booking. 100% recommend this condo and Ted as a host. Thank you again for allowing us to stay at your place during our PCB vacation. I will definitely stay here again!!

Awesome Beach Condo

Loved the condo! Everything was easy to figure out and had everything we needed for a quick business/pleasure trip. Would be awesome for longer stay as well. Host communicated with us quickly and thoroughly and was helpful when we arrived early. Decorated with a beachy feel and love the high seats on balcony so you can sit and look over railing. It is actually why I picked it...and it did not disappoint. Would definitely go again.
