LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! Welcome to Calypso UNIT 1-1604. Three bedroom two full bath BEAUTIFUL BEACHFRONT condo. Located in the heart of Panama City Beach. Short walking distance to Pier Park Mall which has a variety of shops, restaurants and activities for the whole family to enjoy. Calypso is located directly on the beautiful white sandy beaches of the gulf of Mexico and has two gulf front pools. Enjoy the most spectacular sunsets from our balcony after a fun day at the beach!!!

*** Beach Chair service is include from March 1st thru October 31st.***

Awesome Beach Condo
Loved the condo! Everything was easy to figure out and had everything we needed for a quick business/pleasure trip. Would be awesome for longer stay as well. Host communicated with us quickly and thoroughly and was helpful when we arrived early. Decorated with a beachy feel and love the high seats on balcony so you can sit and look over railing. It is actually why I picked it...and it did not disappoint. Would definitely go again.

Great Location and Accomodations
Had a great time staying. Short father and son's trip. The view was incredible, accommodations were perfect and Ted was very quick with communications. Lot's of local places to eat and shop within short walk and easy Uber ride from airport. Chair service on beach was a nice add and the pool was warm. 5-star rating and would definitely stay here again.

The property is beautiful, clean, very maintained and a short walk to shopping and restaurants. The condo was comfortable and super clean, stunning views of the ocean from the balcony, kitchen was fully stocked & we loved the 2 chairs and an umbrella at the beach every day. Communication with the owner was exceptional! Our daughter left something behind and the cleaners found it and Ted reached out to us and even shipped it back! We can’t wait to return again!

It was a wonderful stay!
The property was beautiful- clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. There were lots of things provided. For instance, 2 chairs and an umbrella at the beach every day. We also loved the heated pool since we were there in March. Communication with the owner was exceptional! We can’t wait to do this again next year!

This property is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The views of the ocean are breathtaking! Short walks to hundreds of restaurants, shops and many other activities. Our condo was amazing! Right on the beach, light, airy, beautifully decorated and so comfortable and inviting! We highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed our recent stay at this beautiful condo. Fantastic location. Easy walk to several restaurants and shops. Condo was clean and comfortable (loved the chairs on the balcony). Well equipped kitchen. Full size washer and dryer. Only very minor issue is that the master bedroom closet is unavailable for use. Obviously the owners have to have a place for their belongings and they have provided a large dresser and a clothes rack in the bedroom to hang some clothes. Overall a lovely condo with a beautiful view. Highly recommend!

Amazing adventure!
We are so thankful to have found this property for our trip. Ted thought of everything, from the necessary kitchen tools to nice towels and linens. Lots of communication during the booking process and prior to our stay as well. Parking in the attached garage was always easy and the central location made it easy to walk to shopping, restaurants and the beach!

Senior Citizens Girls Trip: 4 of us were very happy to find this place. Being on the 16th floor next to elevator was quiet and convenient. The view was amazing! The place was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. 2 wonderful pools that were not crowded, direct beach access. There were 2 lounge chairs and umbrella provided by beach service… very convenient. Location was great! Could walk to pier, pier park, shopping center and restaurants. My friends did not want me to share this info, because we want to be able to book it whenever we can! Yeah, it’s THAT good. The owner checked on us daily to make sure that we had everything we needed. We will return!
