King sized bedroom with private bathroom, 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed, plus a bonus “queen sized Murphy bed” with guest bathroom close by. Beautifully decorated for a peaceful stay with the sounds of the ocean in the background. Located on the 2nd level with elevator close by. Perfect views of the ocean from your private balcony 🌴. This is an excellent location from where you cross the road to access the beach. The beds were comfortable and everything was as advertised.

Super close to beach!

We really enjoyed this place. The decor and cleanliness were great. The pool was just outside downstairs, which the kids enjoyed after the beach. The beach was just a hop skip away. We will definitely wouldn’t mind returning back to this place for our future trips to SPI.

Depends on what you are looking for

If you want a smaller place, just off the beach you can’t beat this. If you want some room and to be on the beach, this isn’t for you. Positives: - you can’t get much closer to the beach and not be first row. Beach access is literally across the street. If you like ocean views and a cocktail at the end of the night, this isn’t for you. - this place was SUPER clean (especially for mid season) - the house is perfect for a family of 4 or 2 young couples. More and you are pushing it. Negatives: - it’s a party. On the beach, at the pool and in the complex. Some of that is that it is SPI. However this won’t be a quiet, relaxing vacation spot. It’s loud and crowded - everywhere. - the kitchen is super small and not very well stocked. While it had dishes, pots, etc. it didn’t have stuff like a knife to cut veggies. Because there is no storage, there is no salt or pepper or other staples you typically find. Bring everything you need. - because it’s small, it’s tough to get super comfortable. Like the coach is a smaller couch so I couldn’t lounge around at the end of the day. (But it’s probably the biggest couch they can fit)

Frustrating

Rooms and kitchen were great. BUT no internet. PM knew about it before our stay, didnt acknowledge when I called to inform them that they already knew. IT WAS NEVER FIXED DURING OUR STAY. Also, had to fix the one toilet each time it was flushed. I told them that and was told just to fix it each time it was used (they did show me how to do it)_ GREAT - just what I wanted to do. Bedroom TV never did work during our stay. And with the solid rain (not their fault) we were in the room alot and had to put up with these shortcomings.

Great Location and Condo

The condo was great! Clean and had plenty of towels and bedding! The Murphy bed was excellent, it was nice that it was off to the side so it wasn’t in anyone’s way. The only negative thing is that each bathroom only had one roll of toilet paper. So we had to purchase more. Other than that “0” complaints about the condo itself! I will say for anyone planning to stay at this property MAKE sure you ONLY park at your designated parking /condo number. Upon check-in We had to park in someone else’s condo number because someone was in ours and instead of getting a courtesy call to move our vehicle we got TOWED even though we had the parking tag on the windshield!! No fun :(
