Casa Sueños (House of Dreams) is a magical escape into a Fairy Tale setting. This cedar log home is surrounded by woods.

Every morning birds will sing you wake up songs. Gorgeous wood peckers can be seen from the wrap-around deck. The sun rises through the trees into the master bedroom.

At night, the stars shine through the sky light. There is no more romantic setting... yet it's great to share with lots of family and friends as well.

Casa is just 10 minutes from the beautiful Main St. in Highlands, yet it's cozy and tucked away in the woods. You will absolutely love it and return often. Guaranteed!

Great Mountain Cabin
This cabin is a gem! From the expansive wraparound porch that overlooks the beautiful forest to the well stocked kitchen and plenty of firewood for the dual fireplaces this House of Dreams” makes for a delightful experience. The hot-tub tops it all off making the whole experience very relaxing. We would pick this gem in the mountains again!

Wow - what a wonderful warm and welcoming cabin. Lacked for nothing. SO comfy! Beautifully appointed but not intimidatingly so. Loved all the Bears and the home was already nicely decorated for the season. As described, close to town but perfectly private and quiet. Definitely a place to return to! This cabin was perfect for our stay. We were less than 10 minutes from Main Street where we did a little shopping and had lunch at The Ugly Dog and breakfast the next morning at the Black Bear. I highly recommend both. The cabin itself is gorgeous and very clean. It had everything and anything you could need during your stay. Karl was just a phone call or text away.

Highlands is a great little town up in the mountains This place is a wonderful log cabin with 2 wood burning fireplace. The owner thought of everything. Tons of cut wood. My friend Patricia San Pedro and and I share this piece of heaven that we call Casa Sueños. Patricia and I were wandering down Main Street in Highlands and got curious about what the area had to offer. We walked into a realtor and asked what they had in mountain log cabins with fireplaces. Casa Sueños was the first property they showed us and it was love at first sight. We didn't plan to buy but we left the proud owners and have been loving it ever since. My daughter Sylvia, shown next to her very proud dad, has grown up with many great trips to the cabin with the beauty and charm that is Highlands.

Why they chose this property

Getting up to the cabin is quick and easy for us with a 2 hour flight into Atlanta from Miami and then an easy drive to Highlands. As easy as it is to get to it seems a million miles away once you get there.

What makes this property unique

We have the best of both worlds with Main Street less than 10 minutes away and the solitude of the cabin. Highlands is a great little town with lots to offer including great restaurants, shopping, art, culture, all with a friendly atmosphere.
