Regency Towers Beach Resort Is located on the east end of Panama City Beach. It is 1 mile west of St Andrews State Park, 3 Marinas with deep sea fishing charters, pontoon boat / Jet Ski rentals. There are many local restaurants nearby such as J Michael’s, Grand Marlin, Capt. Anderson’s Famous Seafood, Sisters of The Sea & Dive Bar, Patches Bar and Grille, Billy’s Oyster Bar and Schooners Last Local’s Beach Club and Open Air Restaurant on the beach. Just a 2.5 miles east of the Mega Beach Clubs Spinnaker, Club LaVela and Hammer Head Fred's.

Prices shown are for 8 people we will add $125 + tax each for 9th-12th guests over age 15 to the total shown on the website.

At least 1 guest must be age 21 to check in. Groups ages 18-25 a $400 refundable Security Deposit will be added to the total shown on the website.

$40 Per Condo Regency Towers Resort Registration fee is collected at time of check in to issue parking passes and pool ID bands. This fee covers 1 parking pass, for extra it is $15.
Each renter will be issued 3 parking passes maximum. When we reach 70%(+) occupancy(Summer and busy weeks), then renters will be issued ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of condo.

Nice getaway

This place is in a great location and we enjoyed all the amenities. It could use some upgrades and restocking of kitchen supplies. When there were concerns I contacted property manager and they quickly responded. The staff was very friendly.

A few problems in Panama City Beach

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Positive:1.Nice location with beautiful beaches.2.Very nice apartment.3.Responded well to some of the negatives below. Negatives:1.Lots of initial problems with lights, TVs & remotes. Felt apartment had been empty for months.2.A number of wall switches don’t seem to be connected to anything.3.A corporate apartment with no personal touches and missing items you must bring or buy.4.3 water outages and 2 warnings.5.Last weekend a neighbor apartment doing refurbishment all weekend.Some of these problems caused by apartment management.

Great location that lost us with brokenness

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2 of the 4 remotes didn’t work, so 2 of the 4 tvs were not used. Called the number on the email and they said they would send someone and no one ever came. You’d think, after putting in the emails “multiple” times, they would care more about a broken remote. This property is advertised that it sleeps 12 but only has 4 forks, 4 spoons and very few glass ware. We had to eat in shifts until I could get to WalMart. Not our favorite vacation by any means. Soap dish was broken in the guest bath and while that’s not a big deal, it’s razor sharp IN A WET AREA. Master bedroom door didn’t shut, so no privacy for our anniversary. Overall, it’s the lack of responsiveness. They were quick to email us to say we could stay another day but crickets on the remote issue. Considering how many times it was in our welcome emails.... We are waiting on a bill for the remotes, which were broken when we got there. Lady at the front desk (where you pay to park) was rude and very unhelpful, on the 1st day. It just set the tone for the whole place.

Nice condo with a great view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an older resort but very nicely maintained. The condo is large with plenty of room and the description was accurate. The condo was clean and well maintained there were no issues needing the manager's attention during our stay. We enjoyed the set of 2 free beach chairs. The resort has two very nice pools and a huge beach area. The restaurant and full service bar between the pools was very nice and prices reasonable Bob was very responsive to our emails. We will be back and stay here again next year.

Not very clean

We made the best out of the week we stayed but we definitely had a better place the time before. This condo was disgusting. Dirty underwear under the spare room, advil pills look to be spilt under the master bed, sand under the rugs about a inch thick, coffee grinds left in the coffee maker, fridges wasn’t even cleaned after the person before, hair caked on the walls in the shower, just simply not cleaned at all and more but those are most important. Condo has electrical issues 50% of plug-ins don’t work, door knob was coming off master room door, lock on the balcony door is hanging on by a whim. This condo needs a uplift. Definitely needs bigger washer and dryer to accommodate the number of people it allows. For the price for a week it was pretty sad to condition of this condo. Now for the plus, we never ran out of hot water, view was BEAUTIFUL, walls are sound proof for littles for nap time, the tiki bar is a #1. We made our stay enjoyable but the condo conditions wasn’t great.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a real nice stay, but there are a few things we need to report. The front door key code works off and on. Some days we would have to try 4 or 5 times to get in. The oven is not working correctly. It keeps turning off in the middle of baking. There are roachs in the kitchen. His name is Roger. He came out quite often. The first bathroom shower doesn’t work and there is no plug for the tub. The furniture is filthy. I had to go buy furniture covers for them before anyone would sit on them. Pretty sure there is blood on the recliner. The master bedroom closet door was hanging by one end, but my husband was able to fix it. There are a couple of plug ins that short out when you plug something in to them. The master shower keeps backing up. Had to plung it many times. Over all the location of this unit was so wonderful that we tried to overlook the negative stuff. My family had a great time and loved the weather. Just figured you should know about the maintenance needs. Thanks.

Family vacation

Beautiful condo in an amazing location. Was just as described and pictured on line. There were 5 adults and one child and we had room to spare! The only thing I would suggest would be better cooking utensils for the kitchen, large serving spoons better spatulas. Also there was not a blow dryer. I have no complaints about our stay and will definitely be back in the future. Thank you to all, especially the cleaning staff, it looked great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again with a few improvements! It's soo convenient being right on the beach, especially with a toddler so you can come right up for nap if needed. A few things I think the owner should be made aware of: 1. the refrigerator does not stay closed well, seems it needs a new seal or something. We kept the garbage can in front of it to keep it closed.2. The hallway bathroom, the tub faucet does not work, only the shower and there isn't any way to stop up the tub. Made baths inconvenient and difficult for my toddler. 3. The couches could use a good cleaning. We really loved the thick wood shades in the bedrooms, it helped keep the rooms dark and cool! We enjoyed having a washer and dryer in the unit! We also liked that there were extra fans as we like to sleep with fans going at night time. We were especially greatful for the 2 wooden beach chairs that came with the rental! That was really nice. The kitchen could use a few more utensils but we made it work. One other thing that was a bit annoying but probably unavoidable was the unit below us was having construction done. There was extremely loud drilling going on in the middle of the day for several hours. That may not be bad for some because most people would be out at the beach or exploring except it was always happening right at my daughter's nap time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.Thank you!

Our stay was very nice. The employees were super helpful. Property and condo clean. Close to attractions. Tried to reach property manager by email the last night of our stay to no avail. It’s just a good thing it was not emergency. Need a better way to communicate because that would make a person to think twice about leasing the condo.

My stay at RT was fabulous! Condo was super nice and clean. All the additional activities were so entertaining. Looking forward to staying here again and the extended family will be back also. We actually had three condos for everyone, mine was the best. Cant wait for 2023.
