Sitting directly on the Gulf of Mexico, this vibrant getaway is ready to be your next home away from home in Gulf Shores! The well-equipped, full kitchen comes with all the appliances and other gear you need to prepare cost-saving meals at home. Dine together at the breakfast bar or the nearby table for six, and then settle into the furnished, colorful living area complete with comfortable seating and a cable TV. And instantly slip into vacation mode when you cast your eyes over the adjacent beach and the Gulf, all visible from your furnished balcony. On hot, sunny days, lounge by the pool or cross over the boardwalk to get your toes in the sand. An outdoor shower adds convenience. Additional on-site amenities include a fitness room, a sauna, and a conference room.

Drive just one mile west to visit downtown Gulf Shores where you will find a variety of dining options for all tastes. Wonderful experience

The condo was Very clean, everything was as stated. Plenty of towels, kitchen well stock and nice seating on the balcony. Perfectly located for whatever we wanted to do. Beautiful view for beach watching and enjoying our mornings watching the waves as they rolled in! We can't say enough about this condo ...would definitely stay there again

Great location and beautiful views

Simple things would move this review to a 5. No hairdryer, no seasonings, not even salt or pepper. No beach towels and very limited garbage bags. These conveniences make staying in a rental condo easier. The condo was cute and very clean for a beach property.

Yay and Nay

This condo has a wonderful, workable layout. It is decorated with a very cute, beachy theme. The kitchen is adequately stocked, the refrigerator is new and working well. The washer and dryer are older, but operable. My only complaint about our stay was that although the kitchen and bathrooms were clean the floors were extremely dirty. I The whole condo three times and still couldn’t get the floors sparkling clean. The wicker furniture is of good quality, but the cushions are broken down and should be replaced. Despite this, we had a very enjoyable time.

Great place!

Condo was everything I expected! There were little bars of soap at each sink, 2 tablets for the dishwasher, 2 packets to wash clothes, some dishwashing lotion, and a roll of paper towel. It was such a nice surprise and a few little things I didn't have to purchase. Walmart was close to get everything we needed for our stay. There are no beach towels or beach chairs, but you can rent the chairs that are put out on the beach. The king bed was comfortable and having 2 bathrooms was AWESOME! Kitchen was well stocked with dishes/silverware/coffee maker/blender. A great place I would like to come back another time! Remember to get your parking pass when you arrive - they give you a warning but you don't want your car towed.

We had cockroaches

After moving in, we noticed cockroaches in the kitchen. Staff was slow to respond. (I have a text thread that I sent to them which will explain how they responded.) I had to call the exterminator myself to get someone out there. Building Manager was not competent. Roaches were not exterminated until 3rd week of stay. Will not stay at San Carlos again, nor will I use Vacasa. I'm filing a complaint demanding my money back that I paid for host, cleaning fees, etc.

Spacious, clean condo!

The condo was very clean upon arrival and very spacious for three adults. The balcony is spacious and has nice furniture. The location to everything is spot on and the ease of getting down to the beach was perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Vacasa's communication is great. The only thing that needs replacing is the mattress closest to the bath in the spare bedroom. Thanks for a great stay!

Colorful Comfort

I have come to this exact condo for several years now, it is my favorite! It is so colorful, tropical and comfortable. Love the location, floor plan, the wonderful jacuzzi tub in master bedroon and the 5th floor ocean views from master and the living room! Vacasa was great with all texts needed and door codes and care for our satisfaction.

Absolutely Beautiful

When we walked in and looked out the sliding glass doors and saw water as far as the eye could see we were speechless. The whole home was beautifully decorated, to the beautiful art above the couch to the decorative knobs on the nightstand. The home was so spotless that you could eat off the floor. I will definitely book this home again.

Great views from the balcony. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Condo complex personnel were very friendly and accommodating with any questions we had and getting the parking pass and wrist bands were easy to obtain. We are going to book again for next year. We had one repair issue with the toilet that was fixed the next day after we called. However, the repair status communication needs improvement. The repair person just showed up without any communication. The Vacasa personnel also did not call us back with any estimated time when the repair would be completed or any time of arrival. We also had a repair person show-up without any notice to fix the dishwasher that we didn't know wasn't working.

Spring getaway

The condo was spacious and colorful. We enjoyed the central location of the 5th floor condo. We didn't usually wait very long for an elevator. The biggest negative is the parking. It's a big complex and there is not enough parking. They have overflow parking across the street but you have to cross a 4 lane road to get back to the complex. Definitely recommend the Pink Pony restaurant. It's a relatively short walk from the condo.

Perfectly perfect

The best part is the view, beautiful sunrises and sunsets everyday. This unit is very colorful, clean and comfortable. The three elevators are very fast and efficient. The building manager is super nice and helpful. Location is ideal, located between two beach pubs; Sea and Suds and the Pink Pony Pub. Good food and drinks within walking distance!
