Gorgeous House Largest Private Pool! Have Your Ultimate Beach Vacation Here!

***Please note, during the months of June and July the owner has a seven night minimum with a Saturday check in/out. ***

This large three story detached home sits on 1/3 acre only 200 feet from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with unobstructed views. The Great Room with large modern kitchen, living and dining areas has 20 foot high Cypress ceilings and a large window wall providing a panoramic Gulf view.

Overlooking the Great Room is a sleeping loft with king bed and half bath topped by a cupola that provides abundant light.

The spacious main level Master Bedroom Suite with king bed has maple flooring, 9' high step ceiling and French Doors opening to the rear deck overlooking the Gulf and our private 20' x 40' Gunite pool. There is a hot tub off this bedroom. The Master Bath is enhanced by a two person whirlpool tub, double vessel sinks, private commode room, and a 5'x8' shower with 3 shower heads, 4 body sprays and a bench - fantastic!

Another master bedroom has a queen bed and private tiled bath with glass door shower. The third bedroom on the main level has a queen size bed and next to it a full bath with shower over tub.

The 850 sq ft lower level includes another huge master bedroom with king size bed, walk-in closet, French doors leading to the patio and pool. There is a full bath with large tiled shower with bench. There is also a second kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, French Door refrigerator and wine frig, (no stove/oven). The cozy living area has a 57' HD TV, Wii, seating and a queen sleeper sofa. This level is perfect for Grandparents or those unable to climb stairs easily.

There is a custom geothermal central HVAC system for your comfort. The pool is surrounded by a brick patio. Under the deck the patio is shaded and perfect for relaxation. The rest of the yard is your own private sandbox. The kids love it! Please take care not to throw sand or shells in the pool, however! There is an outdoor shower on the patio. Just added a sand volleyball/badminton court!
***** Unfortunately the pool cannot be heated.

Please note when you book this house through VRBO the cleaning fee ($400) is not included. It is to be paid separately by you directly to the cleaning company at time of check-out.

Beach vacay

Nice 5 bedroom, easy walk to beach and great pool. Owner responded fairly promptly to issues. Home has everything needed for a family stay including toys and a toddler bed. WiFi was not reliable so just plan on using your mobile hotspot. We would stay in this home again.

We were not completely impressed with our stay. We ran into a couple of unforeseen issues (ex. Termite infestation, owner unresponsive for 12-24 hours two different times when we had major problems, AC went out in lower level. After most of the time had passed he offered to come fix, both times were late at night. We were majority inconvenienced. We were reimbursed only for one night and the cleaning fee. But most of our time there was spent uncomfortable and cleaning. The house is in need of repairs and upkeep that has been bandaged together. Splinter from decking handrail, no handrails in pool for kids and older adults to get out. Black mold in wood under leaking hot tub. Algae in pool that we had to clean ourselves. We believe good intentions are there, but our expectations and the experience were very let down.

Beautiful home at the beach

What a lovely home- enjoyed the beautiful great room- dining room living room kitchen with elevated ceilings and large windows- so much light. Kitchen well-stocked, plenty of towels everything we needed.Beds comfy. Plenty of hot water. Conveniently close to the Gulf too- we loved that! We loved the hot tub and enjoyed the huge pool., the deck is nice but will need updates in the future ( replace rails- they are secure but wobbly). Tim was quick to respond to any concerns we had. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location, house is spacious but dated, worn out and maybe not safe.

Several fairly major issues with property - Furnishings, carpet, paint, etc is dated and in need of updating and repair. Kitchen- old dishes and cookware, none of the food storage containers and lids match. Listing accuracy- the loft bathroom door had a note “Out of Order” and based on the paper it’s been like that a long time. I dont think there is an HVAC system, the house never cooled when thermostat was adjusted, there are several window units we used but I could never located any HVAC mechanicals. The listing references a geothermal system but again I could not locate any mechanicals. The ceiling in the lower level unit living area had a leak from the ceiling, ceiling fan was flinging water around. Exterior is in poor condition, the deck boards are in bad shape, doesnt really look/feel safe. The volleyball court is overgrown with grass and not usable. Safety- as mentioned in the check-in instructions the garage doors are in manual mode, you can just pull up the door and enter garage and house if the door isn’t locked from garage. Close to beach, nice view and dog friendly however!

Friend reunion

Our experience was amazing. The property was clean, spacious, and the perfect location! Everything we needed utensil wise for the evenings we wanted to cook was there, the pool and the hot tub were 100% clean, and it was just perfect. Our friend group had our semi annual reunion here and it couldn’t have been a more perfect place.

Very large house with tons of room and tons of bathrooms! Excellent location close to the beach with public access, a great pool, and hot tub! We enjoyed our time very much and definitely would go back!

great beach trip

The house was in a good location, close walk to the beach. There were many things in disrepair in the home, a long list, not sure if I should list here? We did not call for repairs because we did not want our vacation interrupted, but I would not stay at this property again.

Great location and home

This was the perfect house for our family of 14, ages 5 months to 70. It was spacious and well-stocked. The pool was a really big hit as it was so hot the week we were there. The central air conditioning went out, and Tim brought in 4 window air conditioners within 24 hours, so we were comfortable. We so appreciated his quickness in responding to this need. Our family hopes to return someday.

Perfect Place

If you are looking for a place to stay with friends and family, this is a great place. It’s walking distance to the beach, has a nice pool, and all the stuff you would need for everyone in the family. It’s a beautiful home and the owner was quick to respond when an issue came up. Seriously felt like a home away from home

P'Cola beach vacation spot

The location of the house to the beach was excellent. Layout of the house and the pool were good. House was infested with "swarmers" (flying termites) and saw a few huge cockroaches during our week. Hot tub was leaking as wood beneath is very wet. Nails on decking are sticking up. Most of the bikes had flat tires. Advertised volleyball/badmitton but equipment not there.

So close to the beach

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay! It had most of the confronts of home. It had great bathrooms and showers and the beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a definite bonus. It was a perfect short walk to the beach for all that stayed. We were outside most of the time with great weather. We just wished there were better cushions or padding for the outdoor furniture. Lastly, the cleaning fee should be included in the rental payment. Shouldn’t have to worry about leaving cash or a check at the end of our stay. However, overall we would definitely rent again!!

Great vacation getaway with beach and hot tub

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this home; from the spaciousness of the home, the rooms, cleanliness and proximity to the beach were phenomenal. A few not-so-greats were: the pool was cold so we could not use it for the duration of our stay; the cleaning fees should be included in the overall cost to rent the property so when you pay for the rental, everything should be taken care of; the outdoors were not cleaned, there were several kids and adults who were pricked by a weed (unsure of its name) constantly. The yard needed weeding as there were long shrubs that were not included in the initial photo to advertise the property. And lastly, I felt it was a bit inconveniencing and somewhat intrusive that we got a visit late in the night from the owner when the place was dark that inhibited his visibility to repair a few loose floor boards on the deck. Granted, safety is everything and I respect his wishes to ensure the floors were secured. But at night? I offered for him to return in the day but he insisted. Additionally, while there, he asked to use the upper floor bathroom for his sweet grandbaby who, by the way wore diapers, because she “only uses” that particular bathroom. My guests thought that was odd and rather intrusive at the time of our get-together. Granted, I understand, the home does belong to the owner, but time and place and respect of your guests' privacy in the hospitality business are key! We felt as though we were being "checked on." Hopefully, he was pleased that we were taking care of his property and not in violation of anything.

We enjoyed the living area. Most of our time was spent out fishing on a boat with friends so we didn't use the pool or hot tub. Also, we had stormy weather so when we weren't out we were in the house because of weather. Everything worked wonderfully.

Good Location, Large House

Tim is very easy to work with. He called to check on arrival on check in. The house is plenty big enough for 10 people. It is very easy to find and is close to all the busy sections of Pensacola Beach. The pool is good size and we enjoyed using it. The walk to to beach is across one street and has easy access. We would stay here again.

A week stay at the beach.

We had 10 adults and 3 kids with us. We stayed for one week. Most of us loved the house. The hot tub and pool was so nice! Each room had a bathroom which was a huge bonus. The house also had lots of extras. They had toys, pool toys, and beach supplies. There was a kitchenette downstairs. They had lots of kitchen supplies to use. There were two washers and driers. The house took longer to clean, but the cleaning crew was so nice. A few things were damaged but in my opinion, nothing out of the ordinary for a rental home (door handles popping off and table lamps not working.) The house was right by the beach and nearby the boardwalk.

Overall great location and lots of space and bathrooms. Worked out great for our large family and their significant others as well! With the beach so close, as well as a pool and hot tub there was something for everyone.

The house was beautiful. Location was amazing. We did have issue with the AC not working the 2bd day we were there. Owner came out a few hours after we notified and had working before he left.

Hi, I'm Tim and I came from NJ to Pensacola in 2005 to work at a radio station and discovered the beach! This house was about to go into foreclosure due to damage from Hurricane Ivan. The first project was to raise half the house to construct an ICF foundation and remodel everything. The goal has been to use construction materials that will stand up to wind and water. Then a beautiful custom shaped 40' x 20' gunite pool was installed and is the largest private pool on the beach. The house is fully furnished with all the amenities and is your home away from home during your stay!

Why they chose this property

Pensacola Beach is one of the finest white sand beaches in the world. Our guests tell us it surpasses many Caribbean and Jamaican beaches. The sand is soft and the water clear. In 2015 Pensacola Beach was ranked #13 out of the top 25 beaches anywhere! And the Gulf Islands National Seashore, which Pensacola Beach is part of, was ranked #5. The beaches maintain their pristine and beautiful qualities.

What makes this property unique

Pensacola has over 300 sunny days per year. The house is light, bright and airy. Biking is great on the quiet roads, taking a slow look around at the changing landscape. Walking on the beach is pure pleasure. You can make sand castles with your children or grandchildren on the beach or in the yard and then cool off in the sparkling pool (after using the outdoor shower). Relax in the hot tub in the evening or take in a movie from one of the 3 large screen TVs or just laze around on the deck or pool patio having great conversations with friends and family.
