With its 800m2 landscaped garden, this pleasant and bright house is ideal for up to 12 people.
Close to the cycle paths, the house is located 200 metres from the beach and 100 metres from the shops.
The house is comfortable and has a large living room/lounge with a fully equipped kitchen area.
Possibility of private parking for 1 vehicle in front of the house and for 2 or 3 additional vehicles on the public parking spaces in the immediate vicinity.
Private and covered space to park bicycles.
MAIN HOUSE
The living room is bright and open to the landscaped garden.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed of 160X200cm and has a shower room.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed of 160X200cm and has a bathroom.
Bedroom 3 has two bunk beds and has a shower room.
ANNEX 1
Bedroom 4 has a double bed of 160X200cm and a bathroom.
ANNEX 2
Bedroom 5 has a double bed of 160X200cm.
Bedroom 6 has two single beds of 90cm that can be joined into 1 double bed of 160X200cm.
A shower room and a separate toilet are served by a corridor between bedrooms 5 and 6.
OUTSIDE
The sheltered terrace and the enclosed and grassed garden are very pleasant.
Garden furniture is available (tables, chairs, deckchairs, parasol).
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
