The apartment has an open floor plan that is as stylish as it is functional. The living room features a TV and a comfy sofa, where you can relax and watch your favourite shows after a long day exploring the city. With multiple windows throughout the space, the space is well-lit with sunlight during the day.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to cook a delicious meal, including an electric stove, an oven, and a microwave. It also includes a washing and dryer machine for you to use.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep comfortably and plenty of storage for your belongings.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Residents of the 11th arrondissement benefit, first of all, from an exceptional cultural offer. By visiting the historic squares of Bastille, Nation and République, you can immerse yourself in the revolutionary history of the district.

Don't miss the so-called tomb of Louis XVII in the Sainte-Marguerite Church, which has kept a lot of mystery, as well as the Edith Piaf museum and, if you like urban culture, the MUR.

Moreover, it is the most festive district of Paris, thanks to its multitude of bars and restaurants, full of life and madness on the Bastille side, chicer towards Oberkampf. The neighbourhood is also affluent in theatres and concert halls, such as the Bataclan, the Bastille theatre and the Balajo. You can also enjoy yourself at the Cirque d'Hiver and the Bastille Opera.

But you can also enjoy the peace of the hidden cities, including the Cité du Figuier and the Cité Durmar, or take a stroll along the Canal Saint-Martin.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Ledru-Rollin (line 8), is just a 4-minutes walk. There is also Faidherbe - Chaligny station, 5 minutes away.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 40-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
