This fully self-contained, clean, comfortable, private, ground level suite and patio is located on a beautiful, quiet, cul-de-sac, surrounded by trees, nature, and views. Keyless entry, and your own parking spot, make it easy for you to come and go as you please.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, toaster oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, blender, and is stocked with condiments and spices.

The suite's bright, open concept plan has a counter and three bar stools, as well as a nook with a dining table and four chairs.

The living room has a flat screen HD TV/Netflix/HBO and movie channels, WiFi, PS4/DVD player and a large selection of movies, a sofa, desk and chair and coffee table.

The bedroom has a queen bed, a flat screen TV /HBO and movie channels, a mirror, and a full closet.

The In-suite laundry has a washer and dryer and an ironing board and iron.

Clean linens and towels, hair dryer, starter supply of shampoo and soaps, paper towel, and toilet paper, and many other items are provided.

Keyless entry self check-in is from 3:00pm to 10:00 pm unless otherwise arranged.

We love this unique piece of property because of it's privacy, yet closeness to all the amenities that a beautiful, major city like Vancouver has to offer. The wildlife, hiking trails and fresh mountain air make this a retreat that we love living in year round.
