On the first floor without elevator, this 2 bedroom recently refreshed is composed of an entrance, a large dining kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, an office and a separate WC. Please note that the apartment doesn't have a proper living-room.

This apartment is designed for four people, who will appreciate the modern setting as well as the possibility of cooking their meals and sharing moments of conviviality.

Great location! Difficulty checking in.

This was our first time in Paris, a family of two adults & two teens. The apartment location was fantastic, walking distance to restaurants, attractions & shops. Getting the keys was onerous having to walk 10 minutes each way to get them, splitting up 2 with the luggage outside the apt and 2 walking for the key after a long day of travel in an unfamiliar area. It would be helpful to have a lock box and direction on which key and fob to use where. We eventually figured it out but we were tired and getting into the apartment was not self explanatory once we had the keys. There was only one set of keys which was inconvenient for 4 people, a 2nd set of keys would be nice. The stairwell lights didn’t work but there was a light once we reached the apartment. The front door key took us about 10 minutes to figure out as it required multiple turns, pulling the door in at a certain point in order to unlock and open the door. During the stay there was an occasional panic when we couldn’t open the deadbolt right away to get in or out. The apartment was a decent size and it was great that there were 2 separate bedrooms and a lovely patio. The shower was separate from the toilet which was nice though both the shower and toilet rooms were small. The washer worked but unfortunately we could not get the dryer to work leaving us with wet clothes, the stove was not intuitive, appliance instructions would be helpful. A lot of things could easily be fixed for a more pleasant 5 star stay.

It’s the location.

The location of this property can’t be beat. But it goes downhill from there. We pre-paid for a driver to pick us up at the airport and he was not where we were told. It was a mess. Obtaining the key was awful as we were provided the wrong code. We called the management and they did nothing to help us. It was very hot in Paris and there was no fan in the apartment. It took numerous texts to get a fan delivered to the apartment. The place was very expensive due to the great location, but don’t expect much from the management team.

St Germain awesomeness

The space was great allowing for separate sleeping spaces for the adults and children. The little balcony was such a gem. There is a small office space which we didn’t use. No living room but would’ve been unused by us and I much preferred having an extra bedroom. The washer was nice because we had a second week to our holiday in Spain. The location we perfect. Close to tourist attractions (4 minute walk to the Seine and Pont Neuf), cafes, restaurants (if you have a desire for some Asian food we really enjoyed Xin Gainian which was a short walk away), bars and Metro stations. A Carrefour was a short walk. We were able to get basics for the refrigerator. All the way in the back freezer section of the Carrefour they have bagged ice. We will certainly use Pick a Flat again. FYI the Wi-Fi name is “PAF” not the name they gave me on check-in and the speeds were excellent.

Great location, could really use some TLC

Everything is as listed, bathroom decent. Pictures feature a pristine feel; however do not be deceived. Good from far, but far from good. A good overall cleaning (including carpet) and painting are in order. I had to clean the handle on the fridge before using - it was gross. Privacy between the two bedrooms was a bonus. No real personality except for the wood floors in the bedrooms. Poor cabinet paint job. This is a rental only with no pride in place. Outdoor balcony was also a bonus. However not clean or taken care of (pipe dripping who knows what from above ever morning on the deck by the door). inside of entrance door needs painting and cleaning. It’s the first and last thing you see. The curtains to interior courtyard had to be closed to avoid viewing the filthy space. Master bedroom could use a blackout blind to block streetlight and removal of awkwardly placed shelf my daughter knocked her head on twice. This place has potential but it appears no one cares. When people plan vacations this is not what they have in mind. Have a bit more pride.
