La Centrale de l'Île de Ré offers you this splendid villa near the centre of Rivedoux-Plage and its market, it is located 700 metres from the beach via the cycle paths.
The villa is comfortable and has a bright living room/lounge open to the terrace and the swimming pool.
Private and secure parking for 3 vehicles is possible.

MASTER BEDROOM 1 with a double bed 180x200 with en-suite bathroom and dressing room.

The swimming pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th.
The heat pumps of our swimming pools are programmed for heating to 28°. The actual water temperature of our swimming pools is also impacted by the climate: a warm climate increases the water temperature of the swimming pools and a cold climate decreases the water temperature of the swimming pools.
The house is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The end-of-stay cleaning is included.
The rental and delivery of bed and bathroom linen are included in July and August (and optional outside of July and August).
The key handover and presentation of the house directly on site are included.
The tourist tax is included.
