Perhaps the greatest realization throughout 2020 was that no matter how much time we think we have; at the end of the day, what I came to appreciate was that we simply don’t spend enough quality time with our family.

Why they chose this property
The home is new construction, built in 2015. It features plenty of room to spread out in an over-sized, pie-shaped, corner lot. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing, but perfect for a family getaway! Please be respectful of fellow neighbors.
What makes this property unique
The patio/yard features a refurbished "Pirate Themed" treehouse as well as a propane fire pit and ambiance solar string lighting.
