Southwest Omaha. Interstate I-80 access nearby! Large, clean & safe home.

Guests will occupy the entire three level spacious, clean and updated home. There are two family rooms, kitchen, dining room. and bathroom on main level. The 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms are upstairs. The open steps to the basement leads to two rooms. One with a washer & dryer plus a table etc., and a room with a single bed, futon couch. Games & toys are there, in the closet. Home Is fully furnished and well stocked with necessities.! The 2 car garage is a game room, with pool table, foosball, etc. This large home is on a quiet, corner lot in a safe neighborhood. There is plenty of on -site parking, and property is across the street from a school kid's playground, with plenty of toys to play on, basketball hoop, etc.

Quiet and close to everything

Neighborhood was quiet and close to anything you need. House was the perfect size for our family of 4, easily enough room for a few more. Enough space inside for the kids to burn energy or a park within walking distance to burn even more. We have little ones so it was nice the house was not full of fragile decorations. It felt like a home that you could relax in rather than worry the whole time if a little one would break an unnecessarily expensive lamp or vase or some other knick knack. The hosts are fast to respond and stock the house with just about anything you could need to make it feel like home.

Great for families

Hosts were very responsive and friendly. We had one maintenance issue when we were there and the hosts took immediate action and resolved the problem quickly. Would stay at this property again when visiting Omaha.

My sisters family of 5 and my family of 5 stayed in this home for the weekend and we had a great time! Our kids really enjoyed the game room, karaoke, outside swing and puzzles. We had plenty of space to be out of each others way. We would definitely recommend this home to others and would stay again if we are ever back up that way.

Great property with helpful and responsive property management

Our family of four (youngest is 18) I selected this property because we would have plenty of room for us all to have privacy if wanted. We were in the area for a week to visit family in the area and the location of the property was perfect! We also hugely appreciated the little things that the property managers ensured were there. For example - my daughter made a large peach cobbler from scratch and all the tools we needed were there, there was even little things like bottled water cold in the fridge, and plenty of options for things like body wash, shampoo, etc. that went well beyond what I would have expected from a VRBO. I also needed to 'work from home' while at the property, and the Wifi was fine for this purpose, I just had to make sure the kids weren't streaming/live gaming while I was actively on Zoom calls, which we were perfectly happy with. The games in the garage were great, too! We had some of our best family time in the last year playing darts together. In the grand scheme of things this property had every single thing we could need and the vast majority of the things I would 'want' that aren't required. Thanks to the property owners too for allowing us to have access a bit early because it worked out that day. Highly recommend if you need a well equipped place in Omaha!!!

New Years Family Weekend

This property was perfect for our family New Years/Christmas. There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep and hang out. The gaming area in the garage was a hit for all! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies for all our needs. The home was clean and welcoming - we would definitely stay here again.

The property was perfect for our large family. Full of amenities. The teens loved the game room! Large bedrooms and lots of bathrooms. This house has several different levels so if you can't manuever stairs, then this isn't the one for you. They had plenety of things for our littles, especially the baby gates for the stairs. The hosts were gracious and accomodating and even gave us an early check in!! We would stay here again!

Extended stay

This property was everything that the listing said it was. It was in a quite street. It was easy to get to everything we wanted and needed to get to. The HyVee was only a few blocks away the zoo was just 15 to 20 minutes. Top Golf was just 15 minutes and Mahoney state part and the air and space museum was just 20 minutes away. The house was very nice and accommodating.

This property has lots of room to spread out, 4 floors all together, it is a split level. There are 2 different living rooms. It is in a safe community, with a school across the street.

Very cozy home!

This is a very cute home located close to the interstate and close to a grocery store as well! Easy access to the house from the main streets. The neighborhood is quiet also. It was a lovely trip. And the property managers were polite and communicated quickly with us. Definitely recommend this to other folks looking to stay in Omaha for a trip!

Wonderful family experience

Myself, husband, 16 & 11 year old stayed here a week while visiting our son stationed at Offutt. Location is great. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The home was extremely clean and the owners were easy to communicate with. Kids loved the beds, the master is a bit firm for my taste. Nice to have all the bedrooms on same floor. They loved playing pool in the game room/garage with their big brother. Great to be able to do laundry before our flight home. Lots of stairs and the home lay out may not be super friendly for families with young (toddler) kids. Would stay here again.

My husband & I have lived in Omaha all our life. We got into the rental house business several years ago, and just recently turned this property instead, into a fully furnished, short term rental property. We take pride in insuring this property is clean, safe , updated, and in good working condition.

Why they chose this property

Location is southwest Omaha, within the Millard school district. Guests will feel safe lodging in this Millard suburb neighborhood, and enjoy exploring this side of town. The two closest access exits to interstate I -80 are just up the road. One is the Hwy 50 (144th street ) exit, and one is the Harrison St. exit. Chalco Hills park/ lake is just down the road.

What makes this property unique

This corner lot has no neighbors across the street. There is just a big field with a school and playgrounds. A walk out patio is out the back door. Plenty of on site parking on the oversized driveway. Very spacious inside with 2 family rooms, plus a basement game room.
