Super Wohnung und top Vermieter!
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Alles hat einwandfrei geklappt. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Lage, denn der Strand ist weiter entfernt als in der Beschreibung angegeben, sodass man diesen nur schwer zu Fuß erreichen. Hat man ein Auto dabei, lässt sich das aber auch lösen.

Top Appartment in Rovinj
Das Appartment ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet, es liegt ca. 10 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Nachts ist dadurch auch Ruhe ums Haus. Der Vermieter ist stehts bemüht das alles passt. Bankautomat, Bäckerei 24/7 , Restaurants und eine Bar in der nähe ( 100 Meter ). Wir hatten einen super Urlaub und Rovinj ist phenomenal.

The owner was friendly and helpful and the apartment included a washing machine which was very useful . It is sited within easy walking distance from the town centre with an excellent restaurant only a few minutes away, likewise a few shops. The apartment is upstairs so could be a little tricky if you have many heavy cases, but otherwise we were delighted and would not hesitate to recommend.

Magnifique location à rovinj
Magifique location au 2ème étage d''une maison très bien entretenue et très fleurie. Accueil à l''arrivée très chaleureux, une bouteille de vin croate nous attendait! 1 chambre avec 1 grand lit séparée du salon, 1 canapé clic clac 2 places dans le salon, décoration très contemporaine, cuisine et accessoires très fournis, climatisation uniquement dans le salon, 1 place de parking, centre ville accessible à pied en 1/4 heure, plage à 800/1000mètres mais possibilité de se rapprocher en voiture parking des plages de Zlatni Park gratuit, wifi gratuite, quartier très calme. Les photos de la location reflètent parfaitement la réalité. - Aucun accès au joli et ombragé jardin des propriétaires, résultat vous êtes en vacances enfermé dans un appartement au 2ème étage, avec un petit balcon côté rue pour étendre le linge, et un balcon légèrement plus grand côté jardin équipé d''une table de salon et de fauteuils en rotin sur laquelle il n''est pas possible de manger car trop petite! Les enfants n''ont pas accès au jardin pour jouer, dommage.
