Thanks to its privileged location, you will benefit from ski-in/ski-out access. This recent residence is made up of pleasant and comfortable apartments. Apartment (level R+1) (approx. 49m2), facing the slopes with balcony, located in the Le Sérias residence at the foot of the slopes.
Bedroom 1 and 2 with a double bed.
Living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2), television and DVD player
Kitchenette equipped with 4 ceramic hobs, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
Bathroom with shower and dryer and separate toilet.
Independent ski room.
Covered parking (for one vehicle).

The + summer/winter: Free and unlimited access to Spassio: pool open to the west by large bay windows which provide a very beautiful view of the Peyragudes ski area. Indoor pool with counter-current swimming, swan neck, massage bed, geysers (thighs, calves and kidneys), bubble beds, hammam, sauna and panoramic jacuzzi for 8 people facing the mountain (subject to opening days and periods).
Access to the laundromat at Maison de Peyragudes, washing €6 and drying €3.50
