Nice place great location

Perfect location. Place was nice, 2 set of stairs can become a pain after a bunch of trips up/down. View is great, pool is nice, beach access is great.

Yearly trip to SGI

We love staying at the Villas The updated painting and patios look great Just would have been nice to know ahead that everyday starting at 0800 was going to be sanding, hammering and construction work. Missed sitting on the balcony with my coffee in mornings due to dust flying around outside. Updates are needed but would have liked to been aware that construction was taking place. No sleeping in for us :( Andrew is always great to work with see u next year hopefully construction is over.

St George condo

The communication with the property manager was sub-par. He was unresponsive before and after our arrival. We didn't have bath or kitchen towels for 3 days after we arrived. We repeatedly tried to contact him to no avail. We never did get kitchen towels so we bought them on our own. Also, none of the beds were made. The deck furniture and sliding screen doors were inside the living room as well as the master bedroom when we arrived. The pool and deck area were not open for the entire 2 months we were there except for the last 3 days.

St. George Special

Clean, spacious condo with views of the pool and Gulf. New living room furniture was a plus. Owners were cooperative, friendly and respectful of privacy considering they needed to make a repair after the previous renter. Would definitely consider staying again.

Quiet location and central walking distance to everything.

This unit isn’t for older people or a family with children. There are two sets of steep stairs that are not intact and the railing is coming out of the wall on the bottom set. There are only bathrooms on the top floor. This isn’t a full town house because you have zero access to the bottom floor and zero walk out from the front of your unit to the beach/pool. There is wifi tv in living area. The beds were very comfy though. There is only a tv in the master bedroom that the cable kept loosing signal. For beach access you have to go out of the back of the unit and walk to the alley in middle for access to pool/beach. The pool/beach code wasn’t anywhere to be found when we arrived and we had to send a message to rental company. There was zero information about parking passes. I love St George Island and the old town beach feel!! Repairs are in need at this condo. It is decorated nicely but it needs repairs!! Be prepared that this is only a two floor rental without the bottom floor with walk out access. You are unable to sit on the two balconies if it is raining bc they are not fully covered. I hope the owners actually know about the repairs because this seems to be handled through a rental agency. I tried to research from the complimentary journal and find the owners but their last name is not listed. The lock on the outside door seems like it may fall apart soon and the door was filthy on the inside. The sliding glass doors need attention too. Please repair this condo!!

Great Place

Loved this place. Great location ! It has a wonderful view of the beach. Pool is always clean and warm. The only thing I think was wrong is that it does need a new sleeper sofa and they need to leave more than one towel per person.

Condo had a great view. Parking is close by and we loved the path to walk to the pool and beach. It was in the heart of St George where all the stores are. You could walk many places. The kitchen wasn’t fully stocked, there wasn’t a can opener, kid friendly cups And some pots were too old to cook in. They need to update this. There wasn’t a “coffee bar” as said, just a Coffee machine / Keurig. Pods weren’t provided or anything. Some Electrical sockets needed plugs

Home Away from home

This condo was great! It was very clean & had the most amazing views. Our family stayed a week here & would definitely come back. The beach is not as populated as Panama which we loved. Very quiet & family friendly.

All in all good

6 of us stayed at this property. They are 2 sets of stairs in the condo, so keep that in mind if you have elders. The location was perfect. Was able to walk everywhere. There is only 2 lamps in the master bedroom and no fan or ceiling light. Might want to bring your own fan. Loved watching the waves from the balcony. Easy access to the beach. Kid friendly. Like most older condos, it could use some basic upgrades. The agent was great about keeping in touch. We had an AC issue, but other than that I’d recommend.

Loved the property

Loved the property. The townhome was so clean and the grounds. Cooking pots need to be updated. That is my only complaint. St. George Island is so peaceful and relaxing.

Nice family hideaway

We enjoyed to complete relaxation during our family’s stay at this unit within the complex. The manager of the property was very friendly in answering some basic questions, and the location is perfectly situated near some popular eating establishments. Beach is beautiful, and we struggled leaving this place. No complaints. Loved our stay.

Great access to beach, downtown, and St Park.

First time staying at the Villas here in St George Island. Condo well set- up with all the essentials when renting for the week. Pots and pans should be replaced along with cooking utensils but overall a great comfy location. Will be back Thanks

Gorgeous view

This is a lovely place in a great location. Needed a few things like a garbage bag to start with. Great pool. Toilet paper holder in master bathroom was coming out of the wall. Very comfortable beds. Very good experience.
