Beautiful with great views!

This property is true to the online pics, a cute renovated carriage house, situated on some lovely property with excellent views. The house is cozy and clean with all the amenities we needed for our weekend stay. Located close to historic downtown as well as near enough to major roads, getting there and back was a breeze. There is plenty of wildlife in the area, there was rarely the time I looked out the windows and didn't see a deer or other animal. Our hosts Michelle and Dan were very accommodating and the communication was excellent from the booking, to check-in and check-out. If you are looking for something relaxing or to de-stress this is the place. I felt like the place was personalized for me, unlike the sterile and cookie cutter approach of a hotel room. We would definitely stay here again. The dogs loved it as well!

The first thing I did was change my reservation. The owner was so completely kind and understanding and changed my reservation. Next, I was late due to traffic and poor weather. The owners ran out in the rain, late at night, to help me while my stressed pup barked her head off. I wasn't there for a vacation but for respite from a difficult family time. It was breathtakingly beautiful, even though it was pouring rain. The home was clean, thoughtfully arranged, and I don't think I have slept so soundly since I was a child. I do see it would be a charming place for a small family, a romantic getaway for a couple, or a place of rest and respite for someone like me. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

Perfect Place in Flemington

We couldn't have been happier--our discovery of the carriage house and our one-week stay there completely transformed our time in Flemington. Dan and Michelle were gracious hosts--concerned, considerate, warm, and gracious, and their response time to our various questions and occasional requests was amazingly fast, and always courteous and generous. The house was warm and inviting, in immaculate shape, and clearly so well-tended and loved by its owners. We look forward to staying there on all our subsequent trips to Flemington.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dan and Michelle's property . It exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, our vacation was an absolute dream. First and foremost, the location was simply breathtaking. Nestled in a secluded spot overlooking beautiful land the property provided unparalleled views . It was truly a slice of paradise. The property itself was beautifully appointed with stylish and comfortable furnishings. The owners had clearly put a lot of thought into every detail, creating an atmosphere of relaxation. The living spaces were impeccably clean, and the open layout allowed for seamless interaction.The bedrooms were cozy and provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the local attractions. The amenities were top-notch and catered to our every need. The kitchen was fully equipped with appliances and utensils, making it a joy to prepare meals. We loved the outdoor grill and the option to dine on the patio, taking in the panoramic views. What truly set this VRBO property apart was the outstanding level of service we received. The owners were incredibly responsive and attentive, making sure that our stay was absolutely perfect. Tranquil stay

The property was beautiful, well kept, convenient drive to town, and luxurious. We loved the projector screen television, which was easy to turn on and navigate. All the plants around the home really added a fresh feeling to the inside. We also enjoyed sitting with the windows open at night listening to the frogs in the pond. Very quiet and private.

New Years Weekend Getaway

We packed our bags and our two pups up for the weekend to escape our four teens and start our new year with peace literally… we arrived to a peace sign outside the home ❤️. Property was well stocked and immaculately cleaned. Bed was so comfortable I told my spouse I think we need the same mattress as I slept better there then I do at home. Property was clean, cute, comfortable, and quiet. It rained and was foggy when we were there but that didn’t stop anything. We did the 20 minute drive to New Hope, then Peddler’s Village, then Doylestown and we were home early to relax and order in from the local restaurants. Owners were kind, and accommodating. Definitely would stay again. It was a great reset to start the new year!

Delightful getaway spot

Our stay at the Carriage House was absolutely delightful! The cottage is spacious, very well stocked and immaculately clean. The hosts have clearly put a lot of thought and effort into making sure your every need is met. We had a few extra requests just prior to our stay, and Dan & Michelle could not have been more accommodating. They were communicative at all times, but also respected our privacy…the perfect combination in a host! The setting is absolutely beautiful, and so, so quiet and peaceful. We cannot wait to go back!

Great stay!

We loved our stay here! The views from the huge windows are beautiful and the space has been thoughtfully updated while keeping some of the historic touches. There are outdoor spaces to enjoy and a cool projector when you are ready to come inside, relax and watch a movie! On top of that the hosts were great and quick to respond with anything we needed.

Quiet & peaceful 🧘🏾‍♂️

The carriage house was a nice quiet & peaceful place to stay. The couch was super comfortable to sit while watching movies on the projector. The house was clean and tidy. Dan was quick to respond to any questions I had and communicated well. My family enjoyed their stay at this cozy comfy little property. If we ever need a place to stay in the area again the carriage house will be our 1st choice.

This property was so charming and pretty. We loved the details of the painted stairs and the lofted area where my kids slept. The whole thing was beautifully restored, very clean, and a pleasure to stay at! The hosts were responsive and pleasant to deal with. We cannot say enough nice things about our stay there!

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome!!

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Carriage House. We were there for our 16 year olds baseball tournament at Diamond Nation. The complex is exactly 6 minutes away. The house has everything you need and easily accommodated our family of four with 2 teenage kids. We saw a ton of deer and were able to explore the area. We watched a couple movies on the projector and enjoyed walking our dogs aroun their property. Dan and Michelle were great hosts and delivered a 5 star stay. Serenity at its finest

We knew we were arriving to a wonderful property but little did we know it was a slice of heaven for those looking to getaway and ground themselves in the most beautiful and energetic abode! My husband and I came for a two night stay to be with family for a funeral but were looking forward to some alone time away from our two young ones. Upon arrival we knew we had landed in the perfect place as we were greeted with a beautiful carriage home with symbols of peace in every direction. From the deer grazing in the yard to the market lights waiting to be turned on, everything screamed ‘welcome’ from just the outside. When we opened the door, our plant loving, good energy seeking selves were in awe as there was greenery in every corner. The naturally lit spaces were refreshing and ready for us to relax. I had read the welcome message and was super excited for fresh espresso which I took advantage of the whole time with the easy percolator on the stove. While we never heard or saw the owners in their house adjacent to ours, we kind of wish we had! Anyone who has a space like this is someone I want to be friends with! The upstairs was comfortable with the master bedroom and den area that could have been where the kiddos slept should we have brought them with. There was even a baby safety gate at the top of the hand painted stairs should we have needed to block the kids off. The bathroom was redone with crisp whites and the drawers were full of anything we may have needed should we have forgotten something. The shower tub combo was clean and the water hot. We came back to the house between the service and dinner and I enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine which helped us relax even more. Later that night we had family over to visit and sat on the hill and watched fireflies. How incredible that was!! We also took advantage of the musical instruments with the little ones and did a smudge session to clear the energy of the sad day. Later on we utilized the drop down projector to watch some tv and felt like we were at the cinema. We ended the night lying in bed and smiling because a firefly had snuck in. EVERYTHING was magical from start to finish. The owners are definitely super hosts and have set the bar high for VRBO accommodations! This is the picture perfect, ideal place to stay and I can’t recommend it enough! Thank you so much for the time and energy you have put into this space! We can’t wait to return for the next family gathering!

A peaceful getaway spot

This was a lovely house; the hosts couldn't have been more gracious, they welcome you with a bottle of wine and everything was as described. It was very cozy, and beautiful views. Woke up one morning to see a beautiful deer in the meadow outside the window. The place is conveniently located to beautiful towns nearby; traveled not only to downtown Flemington to walk around but also to Frenchtown and Lambertville and New Hope and it wasn't that long of a ride and the ride was beautiful. The movie screen was a fun touch.

Lovely carriage house getaway

Really just a beautiful location and a very nice place to get away from the hustle and bustle of work and urban areas. The home was lovely and cozy. If your looking for a place to recharge and recoup this should be among the places you look at.

50th birthday get away for my wife

We were looking for a nice quiet place for some relaxing time together. We were extremely happy with the Carriage house, hosted by Dan and Michelle. The place was clean and very cozy with a great happy vibe from the moment we came in. Dan was very friendly and responsive, and genuinely concerned that we have everything we need to have a great experience, they truly deserve their 5 star ratings and title of Premier host. We found the towns of New Hope and Lambertville to be filled with awesome shops and people. Even with many restaurant recommendations from good friends who have stayed in the area before, we found great butchers and farmers markets end ended up making 2 of the best meals ever at the house. We were even treated to a small snowstorm, which for us made our time even more special. The place, the location, the hosts, even the 10-12 deer that greeted us every morning and every night on the beautiful property made the whole experience perfect, we hope to return this fall, thanks again for everything!

Truly a lovely stay! The cottage was the perfect respite for my family to relax and reconnect.

The firepit and large screen for movies were the sweetest gathering spots! We love this adorable renovation, the views, the open concept main floor for reconnecting, and the lofted bedrooms for sleeping late. It was just the perfect stop on our journey north. We can't say enough about Dan + Michelle as hosts- thank you for the Cuban coffee to make our mornings even better. They stayed connected and were available for anything we needed. Thank you!
