The space
The home has a large private boat dock. Because there is not water or utilities on the dock we recommend either taking the boat out of the water at night or docking at Riviera Dunes Marina (beautiful with pool and restaurant) across the river.

Perfect Spot For Relaxing

The property is located in a beautiful neighborhood right on the water with incredible views. Having a private pier to fish off was great. The property was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family has had this house since 1998 and has been used as a winter home for the Canadian side of the family. The past 5 years we have used it all Summer and spent the days and nights on the dock swimming, eating at all the cute restaurants around town and enjoying all that the area has to offer. We often rent boats for the weekend, golf carts on Anna Maria Island and shop at the outlet malls which are close by.
