The daily rental rate includes all charges except electricity (which is charged by the Residence based on consumption). Housekeeping can be arranged upon request, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.

Rates vary according to seasons, the duration of your stay and the number of tenants (the online price is valid for 4 adults; for additional tenants, please contact us). Massive discounts are possible for long-term rentals and low-season bookings! Also, only a small down payment is required to confirm the booking.
