Bright and spacious, this quiet and cozy 43 m² apartment is located on the 2ᵉ floor with elevator. It has a furnished balcony with a nice view, it can accommodate 4 people and will be ideal for your stay in the mountains with your family and in all seasons!

This one will allow you to join the domain of "Serre Chevalier Valley" to enjoy all the mountain activities of your choice! You will also be able to discover the best attractions of the area such as: the Aquatic Center of Briançon at 18 minutes, the Park of Schappe at 13 minutes, the City Vauban of Briançon at 18 minutes, the Casino Circus of Briançon at 5 minutes, the cinema and the media library at 5 minutes and many others... Italy is also very close, at 30 minutes drive. Bars, restaurants and shops are nearby. For your daily shopping, a "Carrefour City" is at 5 minutes walk from the house and a "E.Leclerc" at 9 minutes.
