THIS UNIT INCLUDES A SET OF FREE BEACH CHAIRS/UMBRELLA DURING SEASON(March 1-October 31)

The warm Florida sun and cool ocean breezes await you at this beautiful, thirteenth floor condo at Long Beach Resort in the new and improved tower 2, one of the nicest and most exclusive resorts in Panama City Beach!

This colorful condo features upscale living at its best with a 'Key West' flair. Wall to wall oceanfront views from every room of this spacious 1400 square foot paradise, and with the location of this resort, it is convenient to everything from great restaurants to a Super Walmart right across the street! Large lagoon pool (6800 square feet) with waterfalls, whirlpool spas, two Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), onsite bar and grill(seasonal), beautifully landscaped grounds,and jet ski/umbrella rental on site as well as 24 hour gated access and security.

The living room has a new 40-inch flat screen TV and queen-size sleeper sofa. There is a King-size bed in the master with new flat screen and two queen beds with new flat screen in the guest bedroom. The dining room table eats six, and the breakfast bar offers seating for three. The kitchen has beautifully updated cabinets. Both bathrooms offer huge garden style tub/shower combos. The living/dining area and both bedrooms open onto the spacious balcony overlooking 1300 feet of private, white sandy beach. This is a NON-SMOKING unit, Pets NOT Allowed, and Renter must be 25 or older

Kim's Condos are awesome
Everything was clean. Location was great. Grounds were well kept as always. My family and I had a wonderful time. We have stayed at Long Beach before but this was the first time with Kim's Condos. We look forward to another visit to Kim's Condos.

We will be back!
This condo was perfect for our vacation!! Beds are comfy, water pressure is great, and location is perfect!! Oh, and the balcony is HUGE!! The resort overall is my new favorite place! The layout, with 4 towers, spreads everyone out on the beach so it's not so crowded. 3 pools keeps the crowd spread out in the pools as well. There are restaurants and a walmart within walking distance too.

Great stay! Only issue we had was finding a used condom under the master bed when doing final checks upon departure. So glad my 2 year old nephew did not find it before we did! We did notify host who said she would take care of it.

Needs updating
The condo has a great location and the layout was great, very spacious and plenty of room. The resort needs updating and is very dingy and dirty. The actual room we stayed in seemed old and many things were falling apart. It was overall not well kept and definitely wasn’t clean considering the money you pay for cleaning service.

Very nice and comfortable.
I would recommend it to anyone whether it’s a family with children or just adults it was great very convenient to the beach the two pools in the hot tub‘s were awesome. It was also convenient to any and all the shopping and eating we wanted to do. Highly recommended

The place is in a great location but this condo needs a touch of TLC, we did see a few roaches that was a big turn off and overall not as clean as we wanted. Carpet needs replacing badly.

Beds, sofas and chairs had sand on them when we arrived. I washed all the sheets before we could go to sleep. Both sofas had to be cleaned as they were covered in sand. The table chairs had sand on them. There was sand and what looked like bugs swept up in the corner behind the front door.

Beautiful Condo!
We loved everything about our stay! The condo is very close to the elevator, which had hardly any wait time, and the distance from the elevator to the beach is super short. The kitchen was well stocked, making it easy for us to prepare a few meals. We spent all day on the beach and then enjoyed the gorgeous views from the spacious balcony every morning and evening. The check-in process was easy and the owner responded quickly when I reached out with a question.

Love that there is access to the balcony from both bedrooms and views everywhere! Kitchen was fully equipped including crockpot electric coffee maker and Keurig! Florida decor added to the experience. I would definitely rent again

We were offered a complimentary early check-in with an HOWEVER
We were offered a complimentary early check-in whick was nice. However, a quick HOWEVER followed the offer. We were told that someone would be coming to our condo at 9-10 AM on Tuesday to hang drapery. Upon check-in, we quickly realized that drapery wasn't the issue. There were gaping holes in the blinds in both bedrooms. We went to the store and bought some items to rig the open spots in the blinds, as we knew the sun would be blinding the next morning. The next morning when I was cooking and the oven timer went off, I quickly realized that there were no pot holders, dishcloths, or dishtowels. However, I did find some cloth napkins to use for my hot pans. Other than those issues, I was pleased. The unit needs updating, especially with new towels. The towels were sanitized but dingy. Furniture needs updating, but we had no major issues.

One of our favorites!
We have been vacationing in Panama City for nearly a decade as a family and stayed at numerous resorts of which all were beachfront. The Long Beach Resort is one of my very favorites because: 1. Location, location, location! 2.Elevator waiting time: non existent. Each of the 4 towers has its own 2 elevators! 3.Parking: all ground level! No hassle of narrow garages, no rush hour lines no codes! Security on site 24/7 easy in and out! 4. Not as crowded as some, due to lesser units per building 5. Pool operating hours: Not exactly sure when it opens, I believe 9am, but the closing time is 12am!!! No, that is NOT a typo! The unit 2-1304 itself: Very spacious! Clean! And fully equipped! Management is 1st class! Kim is the type of manager who makes you feel as if you’re dealing with a family friend whom you’re renting from! Thank you Kim! Summary: Book this unit you won’t regret it!

Close to everything but private
This location was very close to everything but still private feeling. The only negative was we stayed in tower 2 but our beach chairs was in front of tower 1. Just a little further to tote things to and from beach.
