Directly facing the Gulf of Mexico, this three bedroom, two bathroom completely updated serene condo is in Villa Madeira which sits directly on the sand of Madeira Beach. With three separate bedrooms this rental sleeps up to six guests. Enjoy our one of a kind sunsets from the Gulf facing balcony. This condo has been renovated throughout with new flooring, new furniture in bedrooms and living room, new appliances in the kitchen and washer/dryer and updated decor. This pristine rental comes with access to a beach front heated pool featuring amazing views and sun loungers for premium guest comfort. The rental is walking distance to several local shops and spots. Johns Pass and Boardwalk which features over 100 retail shops, sweet shops and restaurants as well as watersport rentals is just a short 10 minute walk from this condo. Make sure and swing across the street to visit the World famous "Candy Kitchen" to satisfy your sweet tooth. Surrounding area has plenty of offerings for the entire family, from nature parks, golf courses, walking trails, aquariums, variety of museums, botanical gardens, shopping malls, outlet malls and theme parks just to name a few.
This condo is situated on the 5th floor of Villa Madeira and is directly beach and Gulf front. The Master bedroom has a king sized bed, TV, full bathroom with a lovely tiled shower and Gulf of Mexico views from the Master balcony.
There's a full size washer and dryer in the hallway for guest convenience.
Second bedroom has a queen bed, TV and full bathroom with shower/tub combo.
Third bedroom has two twin beds and TV. The unit also has free WiFi.
The galley style kitchen looks out towards the Gulf and is fully stocked with cookware and serve wear. The coffee pot takes ground coffee and refrigerator has water and ice in the door.
Guests can enjoy meals at the breakfast bar, four top dining table inside or at the four top dining table on the large screened in balcony.
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinance that starts at 9 pm.
Parking:
This unit provides 1 parking space.
Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.
The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
ATTENTION:
* Starting 7/29 there will be a building reseal and patining project. The work will be completed between 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday - Thursday, with some Saturdays depending on their schedule. This project is expected to be completed by the end of November or early December.
The pool and pool deck will be closed from mid-September through mid-October for everyone's safety. Visitor parking will be limited during this time frame.
The beach access will always be available.
* The city of Madeira Beach has begun its restoration project of restoring 22 out of the 37 beach groins along the beaches and will work their way south on each beach groin. This is expected to be completed by February 2025.
The beach and public parking spots will remain open. There may be times when you'll need to walk around the barricades.
