This is the most charming, "Savannah-centric" home! Upon entering into the charming living space with the original brick fireplace & hardwood detailing, the living room is cozy & spacious. You'll find the sunny updated kitchen, fully-equipped with cooking essentials.
Upstairs, the master bedroom with king bed and generous storage - ideal for extended stays. The full bath with tub/shower combo and double vanity is en suite.

Guests are encouraged to take advantage of the large courtyard separating the carriage from the main house.
A washer and dryer are also available in the courtyard and shared with other guests.

Nearby attractions include The Sorrel-Weed House, Green-Meldrim House, Mercer Williams House Museum, and the Fountain at Forsyth Park. Head North just a short walk towards the National Landmark Historic District center, with Broughton Street being the go-to for shopping and dining. Both City Market and River Street are a 15-minute walk from this home.

PARKING INFO:
1. Luxury Living Savannah has 4 privately reserved parking spaces (a few blocks away) that are available to our guests for rent. We charge $20 per night, per space and this can be added to your reservation charges. Please arrange for this at time of booking and provide vehicle tag number & state. (for this property, most guests appreciate our private spaces as street parking is difficult to find)
2. All of downtown has metered, on-street parking. SOME parts of the Historic District are free on Saturday/Sunday. The City of Savannah uses Meter Pay Stations on each block.
* You can download the APP "Park Savannah" to pay meters from your phone

* Visitor Parking Passes are available for 24hours/$15.00 and 48hours/$24.00. Passes can be purchased at the City of Savannah Parking Services Office at 100 East Bryan Street. Please call them with any questions about parking in the city, 912.651.6470.

Minimum age to reserve is 25, no exceptions.
MAX Occupancy is 2 people at all times.
NO parties or gatherings.
NO pets or smoking.

CANCELLATION NOTE: If you reserve & cancel AFTER we have processed the reservation, we will NOT refund the original credit card processing fees. We use a 3rd party processing company that does NOT refund these fees to us upon cancellations. You will also be charged a $50 cancellation fee for our time for processing then canceling your reservation.
This is regardless of VRBO’s policy.
