Cozy villa with great location-2 FREE hours of pickleball and/or tennis

For optimal relaxation retreat to this three-bedroom/2.5-bath villa. This vacation rental accommodates eight guests with all the luxuries of home plus resort amenities of Palmetto Dunes. It is situated on the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, and very close to many others. Hilton Head Island is a golfer's 'dream come true'. Monday night FREE Golf clinic. FREE 2 HOURS OF DAILY TENNIS/PICKLEBALL based on availability. Experience an unforgettable vacation for the entire family--tennis, kayaking, horseback riding, Dolphin watch, etc. A FREE DUNE BUGGY service travels throughout Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove. Shelter Cove Marina hosts some of the best island cuisine, boutiques, art galleries, water sports, tours, kids events and a weekly seasonal fireworks display. Our home's living room has a sleeper sofa and a love seat, a 65" flat screen TV, DVD, and a stereo. The living room opens to the spacious deck that overlooks the lagoon. Morning coffee on the deck is a great way to start the day or enjoy an evening al fresco dinner. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and includes a washer and dryer. The first-floor Primary bedroom has a king-size bed and a connecting bath. There is a 50" flat screen television in the bedroom. The primary bedroom offers access to the deck from its sliding door. There is a desk in this bedroom. The primary bath is newly renovated with a huge walk-in shower. First floor also has a powder room.

The second floor has two large bedrooms -- one with a queen-size bed and the other with two twin-size beds. A bathroom connects the bedrooms. One bedrooms has a 45" flat screen television and the other a 32" flat screen television. There is also a desk on the loft area.

There is a choice of 5 pools. The closes one is about 1 minute away.

Monday nights there is a FREE golf clinic and exhibition at 4:00 p.m. at the Jones course. Each villa is allowed TWO parking passes.

Enjoy lunch and/or dinner at the Dunes House. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Stop by for a delicious meal, a refreshing drink and stunning views of Hilton Head Island's best beach. Big Jim's is another great restaurant in Palmetto Dunes. Big Jim's is known for delicious hamburgers. For finer dining Alexander's is the place to go.
The General store is always a favorite for forgotten item and the kids love the soft ice cream machine.

The premier Palmetto Dunes resort features miles of white sand beach, 3 world class golf courses, award winning tennis/pickleball center, bike paths, 11mile lagoon, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, etc. Guests can enjoy 2 hours of FREE tennis or pickleball every day of your vacation. You can also split your time 1 hour tennis and 1-hour pickleball.

Great Location & Hosts

The house was perfect for two families. We had plenty of space. It was about a 15 min walk to the beach. We never walked with our supplies, but to just get to the beach, it was a nice walk. Our hosts were quick to respond to a question and very helpful! :)

Great Getaway

My group and I had a great experience staying here while celebrating graduating from college. It was the perfect place for us to come back to each night and unwind after some much needed relaxing on the beautiful beaches of HHI and Palmetto Dunes. Great host who was very quick to answer questions, and overall a great stay!

Wonderful property in a great location

Beautiful spacious unit that has everything a family needs for a great vacation. The Villa is a 10 minute bike ride to the beach and a five minute bike ride to the tennis and Pickleball courts. Two hours a day of tennis/Pickleball time included is a definite plus! My teenagers also enjoyed the golf course driving range next to the pickleball courts. 10 minute bike ride in the opposite direction will get you to the Shelter Cove with all the restaurants, shops and amenities. Overall - great vacation spot.

Great break from our winter in Buffalo!

We enjoyed our brief stay at your villa this past week. The location within Queens Grant was perfect! Your home is nicely decorated. We appreciated the fact your recently renovated kitchen was fully equipped. The villa was comfortable and clean upon arrival. Kathy was responsive to a few questions I had in advance of the trip. We enjoyed the sun each day and the pickleball courts (along with the free pickleball play)-. We would definitely rent again from Kathy and Tony in the future!

Palmetto Condo

Enjoyed our stay at this condo close to Palmetto Dunes Courts... close enough to walk there as well as the beach. Loved having the two hour option to play tennis or pickleball. Well equipped kitchen and quiet neighborhood.

Our stay in Queen's Grant

My friends and I got together for a small golf trip/relaxing beach trip and stayed in Kathy and Tony's condo in Queen's Grant. The accommodations were everything that was advertised and more. We loved the centrality of the location and everything we needed from a comfort and daily needs was provided in their condo. We had no issues while we were there so no need to contact the owners, but they were very responsive pre-arrival and the check in couldn't have gone any smoother or easier. Would definitely recommend this location for a group like ours, or a family needing a relaxing vacation!

Great Condo for families

This was not our first HHI vacation but our first in Palmetto Dunes. Wonderful location , nice bike trails General store with ice cream snacks and more. The condo was perfect! Very clean nicely decorated. There was not any beach toys or many extra things along that line but the condo was very comfortable we had everything we needed. We had an issue getting into the condo with the code but the owner was amazing and quick to call me with instructions! Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location and gorgeous condo!

Our family had the best time at the condo! The layout was perfect for my parents and young family. We had more than enough space and loved the proximity to the pool. Our favorite part was renting bikes and checking out the beach and dunes house! We hope to get back again next year.

Comfortable stay in Palmetto Dunes - HHI

Our family of five had a great time in this very well appointed and quiet property in the Palmetto Dunes resort at Hilton Head. It is close to everything and a 15-minute walk from the beach. The owners are very responsive and very nice people. This is a highly recommended property.

Home Away from Home

As a person whose come to Hilton Head for over 35 years now I've seen some nice properties. This one doesnt disappoint! From the view to the decor we were above satisfied with this place! Had couple small minor issues and was impressed with how quickly owner resolved. Wed stay in this place again.

Decent but needs a cleaning

Nice community. Villa needs a serious deep cleaning including the carpet and it is very cluttered with decor. Patio was dirty as well. Front entry, outside shower area and patio was dirty and covered with leaves, not inviting at all. We did find a dead bug in the master bed under a pillow on the first night. Host did send the cleaning company out mid week. Appliances are updated,

Great Villa in Palmetto Dunes

We stayed in June 2021 and this was our second stay in this villa. The location is great - located in Palmetto Dunes mid-island. Within the resort, the villa is close to the general store and tennis/pickle ball center. The villa had everything we needed for our stay with a group of 6. We had 3 adults and 3 teenagers (2 girls and 1 boy). The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals if you prefer too or you can take advantage of the numerous restaurants across 278 in Shelter Cove. The deck overlooking a pond offers enjoyment for all with lots or turtles and some ducks to watch. Beach access is easy - two beach houses are available between the Dunes House and the Disney Beach House. Both offer parking and food options. The teenagers in my group would ride their bike to the beach while the adults drove and we reached the beach house at the same time. A short bike ride to Shelter Cove with a dedicated bike path under 278 offers plenty of outdoor activities from Summer concerts and fireworks and lots of boating/water activities. Kathy and Tony are a breeze to work with and we took advantage of the included court time and enjoyed an evening of pickle ball.

Best villa in Queens Grant

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We have stayed at many places in Queens Grant and this was by far the best. It is very spacious with 3 good size bedrooms and 21/2 baths, all updated. It has an updated kitchen with everything needed to cook, if you want to. We also appreciated the full size washer and dryer. We enjoyed the gigantic smart TV. But the best feature about this villa is the location right off a pond with turtles and ducks. It was a great spot to enjoy our breakfast every morning. The host even includes 2 hours of free tennis or pickle ball every day. It doesn't get any better than this. We already reserved for next year.

Great all around!

We spent 2 months in HHI(while working remotely) and this house was everything we needed. Perfect house to escape the winters up north, or for a week at the beach- which is a quick bike ride or about a 15 minute walk. One small issue at check-in, but Kathy was able to remedy for us in seconds. The house is quite large, and big enough for a large family, or provides space for couples traveling together. Highly recommend this property.

Great Home in a Great Area

We loved staying here. House was great and it was in an awesome location. Hilton Head is one of our favorite places. Loved riding bikes, taking walks and going to the beach.
