Prescott Loft is a spacious airey 1200 sq foot room with a large deck and sweeping mountain views. Perfect for long weekends. Wonderful quiet country setting yet close to everything Prescott has to offer and a launch pad to the day trips to Sedona, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon. Originally a ballroom this is also a great room for events.

Broken furniture, cob webs everywhere, toilet that needs a deep cleaning, hair and a used washcloth in the shower, shades that didn't work. By far, this has been one of the worst places to stay. For the price, there was no effort by the owner to even clean the place.

Beautiful patio views and large inside space!
We stayed here to attend a wedding in Prescott and loved the large space with the patio and beautiful views. Patrick was a very friendly and gracious host. We hope to be back in the future!!

Great Loft In Prescott Arizona
Lots of room in this Ball Room Loft with a Great Mountain view off the deck. The Owners were right there to answer any questions and went out of there way to make sure we were comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this loft. Only one thing I would mention is there are a lot of steps to go up so I wouldn't recommend it for anyone who may have health issues. We certainly would rent again if we go back to arizona.

Host, Patrick, was very nice and always available. Loft does need some deep cleaning. I think if I had known of all the steps up to the loft I'd not have booked since we are older and my daughter has limitations walking, I must have missed information about those stairs - but we worked through it and served our needs. We found the air mattress not comfy but may work for kids not adults in my opinion. Overall....private and loved that large patio and views.

What a view!!!
Our stay at Patrick’s 1400 sq ft loft was so relaxing that we wanted to add more days to our stay! You can’t beat those upper-deck views of the mountains all around. We stayed out on the deck every minute that we weren’t hiking or sleeping. The neighborhood where this home is located is outside of town and oh so peaceful. Patrick is a very amenable host; easy-going, kind, and helpful. If you want to be surrounded by good vibes on your Prescott visit, then stay here. You won’t be sorry.

First I must say that the owners are extremely friendly and hospitable. The place was exactly what we were looking for a nice quiet getaway weekend. Beautiful view from the deck, perfect place for a peaceful bbq with love ones. The one thing that we were not happy about was it does not have a comfortable bed. It has a futton and a air mattress..both extremely hard to sleep on. As far as we are concerned, we would go back there if it had a nice comfortable bed.

Amazing view from deck
Patrick was very easy to work with and check in was a breeze. The space was open and huge and I had everything I needed. But my favorite feature was the large deck with the most beautiful view. I could truly live out on the deck. It faces west and watching the sunset was so peaceful and calming. I want to gather my grandchildren here for a week! I highly recommend and I'll be back!

The sleeping options is a very uncomfortable futon or a more uncomfortable couch. The property is loaded with junk and will on an episode of hoarders soon. I would avoid at all costs

Delightful loft among the pines
This is an excellent home base from which to explore all that Prescott has to offer. A short 5-minute drive gets you to the hert of the city and Whiskey Row, or drive 5 minutes in the opposite direction and you're amongst 100-foot Ponderosa pines in the national forest. The suburban neighborhood is on a quiet, wooded hillside with no through traffic, and a rooster is the only sound to be heard. The second story loft provides lovely views of the valley below and the mountains beyond. It is a full size dance floor with areas in the corners for sitting, a kitchenette, and a futon for sleeping. If you grew up on Dirty Dancing and remember the dance studio with the beds in the corners, you'll "have the time of your life." Also, plenty of room for large vehicles in the driveway. Great host and overall excellent experience. Looking forward to staying again.

A great disappointment
It's a dance studio with a fold-out futon and two beat up old couches that my kids were expected to sleep on for two nights. It does not sleep 3. It sleeps one person with two extras on the couches. There is no indoor dining table, barely anywhere to prep, and obviously used as a dance studio in the interim. We left about an hour after arrival.

At first we were taken aback by the one big room concept, but in the end we really enjoyed it. The neighborhood is great, deck is awesome.

Beautiful views from the deck. Close to just about everything in Prescott. Host is very responsive to whatever you may need.
