The Most Gorgeous OV Villa in Kapalua Sleeps 6

THE BEST LOCATION ON MAUI, ALSO, THE BEST LOCATION IN THE COMPLEX!!! THIS IS PARADISE!!!

Enjoy beautiful ocean and sunset views. I was just there and from my lanai, we watched whales breaching. You will love our great views of the ocean, golf course and the island of Lanai. This ground floor condo is on the 10th fairway and within easy walking distance to 5 beaches where you may snorkel with giant sea turtles, swim, paddle board or sun bathe. You may also enjoy great surfing nearby. The beaches are awesome! Swim in any of the 4 swimming pools in the resort.

Guests also enjoy golf discounts with no resort fee.

You will love our Koa wood custom cabinets and granite counter tops throughout as well as porcelain floors in the living area, kitchen and bathrooms, as well as carpet in the bedrooms. Our bathrooms have beautiful porcelain showers. We furnished the villa with plantation style furniture throughout. New top of the line Simmons Beautyrest beds. There are three flat screen TV's, a DVD player and highspeed wireless internet, new appliances, including a washer and dryer.

There is a King bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom that may be made into a King. We also have a third twin bed in the second bedroom and a Queen inflatable bed as well.

My villa is on the "P" patio level, which means there is a flight of stairs from the parking level down to the entrance.

Please note that the Kapalua Resort Association has discontinued the resort shuttle effective 11/29/24.

Beautiful condo with breath taking views
Thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at this beautiful condo. My daughter, son in law and their two babies ( 2 yrs and 5 months) couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting. Breath taking views of the ocean and golf course, easy walk to several beaches-even with the littles. Lots of dining options nearby, amazing coastal trail which is an easy trek for the family as well. The condo had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay and the communication before and during was exceptional. We will definitely return in the future.

Wonderful stay!
The villas were beautiful and clean. There were several pools in the complex and tennis courts. The golf course was in pristine condition. The villa was easily walkable to the beach and several other resort properties. Great location for a great stay!

Beautiful Condo
We had a lovely stay. SO quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed the gorgeous views every morning and evening. Condo was very clean and we had plenty of space. The 2 beaches, Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay were a short 10 minute walk and we got up every morning to do our daily snorkel when it was nice and calm. We got to swim with the Honu every day. Doesn't get much better than that!

Kapalua vacation
Kapalua is the prettiest place on Maui. The accommodations at this Golf Villa is perfect. The view in the location to three of the most beautiful beaches in Maui is outstanding. Do you have a wonderful view of the ocean and portions of the golf course. The condominium itself is wonderful And it is well stocked for whatever cooking you like to do when we return we will definitely stay here at the geoff Villa

Great property and beautiful location. The kitchen had everything a person needs for meal preparation. The view from the lanai of the golf course and ocean was perfect. Had an issue with an appliance during our stay, unfortunately the property manager was unable to communicate with us properly to resolve the situation. Aside from complete lack of communication, the property and our vacation were fantastic.

We loved this villa! We were on island for a wedding and stayed at this villa. Firstly, they were able to accommodate our request for early check-in even though they had someone checking out that day. This was a huge plus as we had wedding rehearsal early that evening. The villa was bigger than expected, very clean, and well stocked with necessities. Excellent view of the ocean and golf course. Communication with the property manager was amazing and she was more than happy to assist. Great location and easy to find. It is a short walk from the beach. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for making our stay memorable!!

25th wedding anniversary
My husband and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary in Maui. This was our first time back since our honeymoon and our stay was perfect! The communication prior to booking was very informative and helpful. I had a few questions and received an immediate response to my email. Check-in was very easy and the villa was perfect! The views were amazing and the villa itself was very comfortable. It was so nice to have beach chairs and an umbrella to use, as well as the nice beach towels. The location of the villa was also wonderful!! A short walk to the beaches and some of the hotels/restaurants in the area. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend staying at the villa! We plan to come back and hope to stay there again! Thank you for making our trip so special!

PERFECT FOR FAMILY
We had an amazing stay at this location. Clean well taken care of and close to many amenities. We loved the space and spending time overlooking the golf course and bay view. Many amazing sunsets and sunrises. Plenty of space for us to stretch out and relax even with our 8-year-old. He loved walking on the grassy hill when the golfers were done for the day. Perfect family stay
Everything was perfect for our family vacation. The unit was beautiful and provided ample space for our family to spread out and relax. The location was extremely ideal being in close proximity to beaches, restaurants, walking trails, and golf, and the views were incredible. This condo was wonderful. Beds were comfortable and all the furnishings were nice. Would definitely recommend and come back again. Complex was very nice and well maintained. Pool was about a 1-2 minute walk and was warm and a nice area around it. Could stand a few more chaise lounge chairs, but was not busy during our stay. Grills at the pool area were great and well maintained. You would get a little noise in master bedroom from the grounds crew using a motorized sand bunker machine between 0600-0700 but not to loud. Comes to be expected with being on a golf course. FYI for travelers that the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, pots and pans and storage containers. A few miscellaneous spices, but no other condiments or salt & pepper and no plastic wrap, aluminum foil. Starter amounts of bathroom items. Great view of golf course and ocean and LOVED our stay!!

You will never tire of the wonderful view. Even though Maui is a huge tourist destination, this area is very peaceful. I have furnished it as though I live there myself. You will love the furnishings and my beds and linens are great!
