One bedroom apartment just out of the main center of Cannes, with a great terrace, open views and very easy access by foot to the beaches on the Croisette and the main center of town.
Set in a well kept and secure building, the apartment is ideal for a short holiday or for attending one of the many congresses at the Palais des Festivals.
On the 5th floor (elevator up to the 4th floor, then steps to the 5th floor) the apartment gets lovely natural light in the spacious living area and open plan kitchen, the terrace is South/West facing.
The bedroom has a double bed and it's own little terrace. The shower room is modern with a walk in shower and a wc.
The apartment is air conditionned and has wifi.
