29m² apartment located on the 3rd floor without elevator, below the main entrance in a residence ideally located on Plan Peisey, very close to the slopes (50m) and shops.
The apartment is composed of an entrance with alcove including 1 set of pull-out beds, a shower room with toilet, an open kitchen area (completely renovated) on the living room with convertible sofa for 2 people and a west-facing balcony which will offer you a magnificent view of the entire valley.
Equipment: Fridge, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob. Television.
Rented with a ski locker located on the 3rd floor as the entrance to the building.
Paid WIFI available at the agency upon reservation.
Beds: 1 set of pull-out beds, 1 convertible sofa
Sanitary: a shower room with toilet
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.
Practical: Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered at an additional cost. You can book your ski lift passes, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the services ordered when you arrive at the agency.
INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric pads should not be removed from beds and left clean. Beds must be unmade correctly with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will be subject to invoicing debited from a deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing sheet, €300 for replacing the furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: billing for odor of €300 for cleaning of all fabrics
