Large Fully Enclosed Private Backyard with Pergola, Fire Pit, Shed, Gas Grill, Table/Chairs and Lounge Chairs. Interior is Updated and Tastefully Decorated. All Utensils, Bedding, Towels and Essentials. Amenities include Coffee, Tea, Shampoo, Body Wash and Laundry Detergent and Beach items such as Beach Wagon, Wheeled Cooler, Umbrella, Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Toys and 2 bikes. Smart TV/Wi-Fi. Thoroughly Cleaned and Sanitized Between Guests. Inside Laundry. This is part of a duplex but has its own Very Large Fenced in Private Backyard. Nothing is shared. Amazing stay!!!!!!
The stay was amazing!!!!!!! The place looked just liked the photos. The communication with the owner was so easy!!! Whenever i asked a question he answered immediately. Check in process and check out was very easy. The neighborhood was very quiet and easy access to the beach!!!!! Would stay here every time i come to this area!!!!

Wonderful
The Beach Bungalow is terrific! The apartment was clean and fresh and everything we needed was there. The backyard is special!! We could spread out and enjoy various spots to either be in the sun or shade. Plenty large enough for us to play catch with a baseball. Of course, the proximity to the beach is great. A few minutes and we’re swimming in the ocean. We will be back for sure.

Great time visiting family
House is open and welcoming. Our two week stay was comfortable, house is conveniently located. Communication with host, Brett, was awesome he is very responsive to any questions. Will definitely keep this property on our priority list when we return to Indian Rocks Beach.

Great beach stay
This beach cottage had everything that you would need for a beach holiday. The coffee pods for the coffee machine were a nice touch. Excellent location, very near beach but also the intercostal waterway. Brett responded very quickly to any communication. Would definitely return.

Beach Bungalow
The bungalow was clean and our family of 5 had enough space to spread out. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms and showers. We had plenty of towels for the showers and beach. The kitchen was stocked with plates, utensils, cookware, blender, etc. We had access to television, books, and board games when we needed a break from the sun. The bungalow was equipped with a dishwasher and washer/dryer which came in handy since we ate at the property most days and were able to wash towels since we visited the beach daily. The backyard was nice and included plenty of seating, a gas grill, and a shed containing beach gear. We really appreciated having access to the wagon and beach gear. The proximity to beach access was great (only a 1 - 1 1/2 block walk that was not bad at all). We had a great time and loved the bungalow. We would stay again if we were ever to visit Indian Rocks Beach again.

Super Location
This fit our family so well. The location to the beach and restaurants was a short walk. We really enjoyed the backyard and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The beach wagon, chairs and umbrella were a bonus and much appreciated. Our host responded quickly to all communications and was easy to work with.

Great Thanksgiving Trip!
We had a wonderful stay here in IRB. The house was immaculate and comfortable, plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 kids. The location was perfect too! We walked to dinner, ice cream, the beach and the bay. And Brett was a wonderful host! Thank you for having us!

Great Indian Rocks Beach Location
The house was perfect for our family. Huge backyard with lots of seating. The shed has beach gear; chairs, umbrellas, etc. The walk to the beach was easy. The beach at the closest public access was not crowded at all. There is a more crowded area of the beach with rentable cabanas only a few blocks down. This area of Indian Rocks Beach was very quiet which was nice. Only a short drive to most restaurants.

Perfect!
Stayed here for our annual Girls Getaway (sisters and cousins). The house and location were perfect! The home was comfortable, nicely furnished and stocked with so many little extras. It was walking distance to a quiet beach and trolley stops that brought us to John’s Pass. I can’t think of anything but good things to say about this property!

Great beach house
This was our second stay at this property. We loved it the first time and loved it the second time. Short, easy walk to beach. French coffee and bakery right by beach entrance is fantastic. The house has plenty of space to make yourself at home and a private backyard. We noticed some updates since our stay last year and enjoyed the updated patio furniture. The house decor is perfect for putting you in beach/vacation mood. The property has everything you need to enjoy your beach getaway. Owner is very easy to communicate with, smooth check in and check out.

Beautiful Beach Bungalow
It is a beautiful bungalow just 2 blocks from the beach. It definitely has the wow factor when you walk through the door. Very clean and decorated beautifully throughout. The owner was very quick to respond to any queries I had during our stay. We had 5 people in our group 4 adults and 1 child (11) and we all had plenty of room. I would highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

A little bit disappointed with the house.
The furniture was stained and run down. Luckily we brought extra sheets and covered the couch and loveseat. The bathrooms both need a major update. Washer and dryer are very dated. The outdoor furniture needs attention to. Wagon and chairs we nice to have at the beach. A few of the restaurants we close enough to walk to. Weather for the first few weeks we great. We did enjoy our time in Indian Rocks Beach.
