Perfect spot for up to 4 adults for a staycation to visit downtown Saint Augustine, see shows at the Amphitheater or visit the beaches. Historic home, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. Shared laundry room. (While not traveling I stay in the back portion of the house that is blocked off and have my own private areas ). Large backyard with a grill and fire pit.

Great location. Beautifully decorated.
Great. Perfect size for 6. Couldn't locate beach towels until after we went to the beach. Hall bath a bit tight. There was a roach. Landscaping a bit sad. Overall we loved it.

A wonderful stay
We had a fabulous stay in this property. It was so homely and well stocked, clean and quiet. All the beds were very comfortable too. Our hosts were great at communication and gave us a brilliant list of local restaurants to try. St. Augustines was fantastic, we were able to walk into the town within 20 minutes with our two young children too. So lovely to leave the car behind! We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Thank you to our lovely hosts for a great stay!

Lovely Lincolnville Bungalow
We spent the better part of the winter at Twine Bungalow and couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. The house is comfortable and has every amenity. The neighborhood is quiet and you can sit on the front porch and watch the horse drawn carriages go by and chat with neighbors or tourists out for a walk. There’s a large back deck and even a fire pit in the yard. The host is amazing! Every question was answered within minutes and always cheerfully. We highly recommend this place.

About a 20 min to Downtown and every street was a treat to look at the old historic homes. Excellent time for girls weekend. There was so much to do and great shopping. Amazing meals and great drinks. All recommendations were spot on. Hosts were immediately available and responsive to our needs. There is no way to improve.

Such a cute charming house in a great location. The house was clean and updated
The hosts were helpful and responsive. We had a little small issue with batteries and smoke detectors. We would definitely stay here again. It’s not far from one of the Trolly stops so you don’t have the hassle of parking your car in town.

My friend and I wanted a relaxing girls trip, when we arrived we were absolutely amazed at how cozy and perfect the place was. Not only is everything within walking distance, but the house is perfect for just a movie and board games night in. Definitely can’t wait to come back!

Let's start with the effortless check in. And, the lovely snacks, after sun lotion, and other details. None of that "enough TP to get you started" nonsense. The place was immaculate. The house is a comfortable walk from the touristy bits of St. Augustine (20 min?), down pretty shaded lanes with interesting houses. Not having to park in downtown St. Augustine? Priceless. And, the civil rights history of the owners of the house (the Twines) as well as numerous other landmarks and signs around the area (google the Accord Freedom Trail) was fascinating and a great additional reason to learn about this city. Can't say enough good things and would definitely stay again.

PERFECT get away
My 6 year old grandson summed it up best just minutes after arrival when he said "best vacation house ever!". He was right. The house was close enough to the middle of everything, but far away enough to be quiet. It was clean and in perfect working order. Check in and out was a breeze with no long list of "house chores" to be completed before exiting. The house was fully furnished and supplied with every convenience of home. It really was a perfect get away in a fun city loaded with things to do, all within minutes. We live in Savannah GA and hop down to Saint Augustine FL even on long weekends. This home will always be the first place we check for availability. Thank you so much for sharing it.
