SINGLE Family Home with Private Parking Centrally located to Everything!

Exceptionally clean and welcoming 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath SINGLE family home with two private parking spots centrally located in OCNJ! SINGLE family means No neighbors above or below you! Private outdoor shower for after the beach. Centrally located and walkable to the Boardwalk, Beach (15th St Beach has a lifeguard!), Bay, Playground, Public Library, Shops, Restaurants and so much more!

Property is nearby the basketball courts and playground on 15th and Bay and convenience stores such as CVS, Walgreen and Wawa. Or a short drive to Acme on 9th St. for groceries.

Four (4) beach tags are available for your use during your stay. Please return them when your vacation is over so that the next guest may enjoy them! Any lost beach tags will have to be replaced before you leave or a charge will incur.

Great Location and Property

Rey was a great host. Check in was very smooth. The home feels much bigger than it even looked in the photos. Convenient offstreet/covered parking and outdoor shower. Short walking distance to both boardwalk stores and the beach. Would happily stay there again.

The Best Vacation

Great family vacation

Property was exactly as listed and felt very comfortable and clean. Owner was very responsive and made us feel welcome. Close to the boardwalk and beach, but far enough away for quiet nights with the family. Easy walk to the beach and one end of the main boardwalk. Had a great time.

Will be back!

The house was very spacious. Even though we had a small group (3 people), there is plenty of space for a large family without feeling like you are on top of each other. The central air was amazing and not too noisy. The corner property was perfect for private nights on the deck. Everything was clean and felt like new. The owners are very pleasant and super responsive. They left a few personal touches which made us feel very welcomed. Beach supplies are in perfect shape as well, which saved us lots of packing room in our car by leaving our chairs and cart at home. Perfect location - close enough to walk most places without being in the center of the hustle and bustle. Fully stocked kitchen and the washer/dryer were a huge plus! We will definitely be back next year!

relaxing stay

The property was very clean and comfortable and the walk to the boardwalk wasn't bad at all. The kitchen was fully loaded with everything that you would need, with the exception of a can opener. We enjoyed the breeze sitting on the deck; however, the noise from the traffic was loud. Rey was very accommodating; the only thing that was very stressful was trying to avoid all of the modern technology to get info on getting into the house. It all worked out in the end, and our vacation was very enjoyable; I would highly reccomend staying at this rental.

Amazing!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was great for our small family and my father-in-law. It took about 7-10 minutes to walk to the beach with the kids/Grandpa and our giant beach cart. West is very busy for those not wanting noises. My kids loved it since there was a lot of action! The house was cozy and inviting. The porch was great for the mornings or afternoon/evenings, Rey responded immediately when we had a minor problem. We would love to stay again!

Ocean City

This was our first time visiting Ocean City and we really enjoyed our trip. The house was well equipped and very clean. We had a minor issue with a smoke alarm and the owner responded immediately. It was a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The weather and the water were beautiful!

Single Home in Ocean City!

A single-home property is a rare find at this price! Check-in was simple and the home was nicely decorated and spotless. We’re a family of 4 with 2 teenagers and they loved having their own rooms - they also had fun with the “old” video family system! Rey was very responsive and there was a binder with tons of information about the area. The 2-car port parking was so convenient and we were able to store our beach chairs and bikes in the storage area. I spent the majority of my time on the covered, wrap-around deck. Even though it’s a few blocks from the beach, it was fine to walk or bike and you could still hear the ocean at night. Being a single home allowed for the most gorgeous breeze through the multiple windows on each floor (AC is included but we didn’t need it). The outdoor shower, fully-stocked kitchen and full-size washer & dryer were some of the amenities we really appreciated.

Wonderful weeK

This property is beautiful. When we arrived it was spotless. We had one or 2 very small bumps and the owners were extremely responsive and helpful. My favorite spot is the porch. So relaxing in the evening. I can't say enough about the location. 4 blocks from the beach and boardwalk, but now in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Close to shopping (especially Asbury Ave), restaurants, and around the corner from a CVS which came in very handy when one of my girls got swimmers ear. The house had everything you could possibly need for cooking and relaxing. We will be back next summer for sure. You won't be disappointed!!
