This meticulously maintained home with beautiful lagoon views features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths - sleeps 6 comfortably. The two bedrooms are on the first floor with 2 baths. A master bedroom and full bath is on the second floor. It is close to restaurants, a bait shop and a bagel shop. Only a 7 minute drive to the beach. Come, relax and enjoy!

I simply couldn't think of a better vacation home. This place has EVERYTHING one could want. Additionally, the owners were more than caring about my family's enjoyment. The best compliment I could give is that we will definitely return to this wonderful property.

October Birthdays

Trip to NJ to celebrate October birthdays and visit our grands, age 2 and 3. Property was well equipped with everything, except linens, we could need. Lots of extras, K cups, plastic wrap, etc. Very clean and updated. Deck area was updated with plenty of chairs. You do have a flight of stairs into the house. Hopefully we will be back!

Beautiful Location

Four of us including two sisters from VA and two sisters from NJ had a Sisters weekend with time spent in beach Haven West and on Long Beach Island. This house and location were beautiful! It got quite chilly over the weekend and we couldn’t get the air conditioning to stop running. The owner, Len, responded to my message about the air by remotely turning it off and the heat on. So appreciated! We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this house again!

Nice property on canal in Beach Haven West.

Nice property. Furniture and beds rather tired. Property does not provide linens or towels which is definitely not 5 star . Maybe not even 4

The house was great. The water location to the bay for a boat was long. Overall this is a lovely place to stay.

Fantastic home on the water!

My family had a cousins reunion on LBI, and we consider ourselves fortunate to have found Len's property. The outside is immaculate, and we did love all the extras that the rental offered - floats, kayaks, crabbing and fishing equipment, etc. The only thing I wish they also had was a stand up paddle board but that was by no means a deal breaker. :) The home is spectacular upon entering with the high ceilings. Needless to say, my cousins were very happy with the place. The drive to LBI was also very convenient which was helpful. Len was an excellent host - extremely responsive. I would stay again. :)

Beach Haven West Gem - Highly Recommend!!

Our experience with Len’s place was absolutely awesome from start to finish! My husband and I just had our son a few months ago so this was our first family trip together and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot. Truthfully, we chose this spot for it’s proximity to the beach but ended up hanging at the house by the water more than anything!! Being on the lagoon with a deck right off the living room/kitchen and access to shade underneath for the baby while you’re still able to enjoy water activities was great…it’s truly a place for all walks of life. Len’s house is immaculately kept, clean, nicely decorated and very thoughtfully stocked with things you may need for your trip (paper hand towels in the bathroom, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, kayaks, gravity chairs for lounging, etc). The rooms are nicely sized and having 3 full baths is awesome for a family of any size. In the few interactions I had with Len over VRBO, his communication was helpful and clear but even small gestures down to the labeling the light switches and other areas in the house so you didn’t have to guess how things worked showed evidence of how much he cares about your stay. Owners like this are ones you want to rent from over and over again! Thanks for the fun memories, we’ll definitely be back soon!

Great vacation house

The house was perfect. Very clean and roomy. The house had every amenity you can think of, from toiletries to cleaning supplies and toys for the grandkids. Even kayaks!🙂all good things. Great house!!!

Great place on lagoon with easy access to the bridge

Wonderful lagoon-front getaway!

Came for Chowderfest which was unfortunately cancelled but spent the long weekend here. Place was spotless and owner was great. The kitchen was well- stocked and house even had some essentials that I forgot to bring. Wish the weather was better, but the cozy house made the change of plans acceptable.

Simply Beautiful

This was my first time renting a place through Vrbo, and it couldn’t have been simpler! Len provided detailed communication, and made himself available if needed. The house was absolutely beautiful, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. It was close enough to go shopping, and a very short drive to the island for the beaches. The deck has the ideal view for sunsets, and the amenities made this feel like you were spending time in “your second home”.

What a vacation!

Perfect house!

Rented this house for a family wedding in LBI! It was absolutely perfect, we didn’t want to leave. Each room having their own bathroom is such a great luxury. We already want to rent again! The owners make everything super convenient and are readily accessible! We already want to come back!

Fabulous place!

From the minute we arrived, we could tell that this was going to be a great experience. The house is beautiful—everything we needed was there. It was super clean and comfortable. It felt like “home away from home”. Can’t say enough good things about the house as well as communications with the owner (easy, responsive and kind). We will definitely be back and are already looking at possible dates this Fall.

This is the house to stay at! So peaceful and relaxing and lots of fun!
