Naples Condo in Paradise! Fiddler’s Creek

Updated condo located in Fiddler's Creek resort private community, a resort-style tropical setting.  This beautiful 2 Bedroom plus Den/Office is conveniently situated on the first floor with an open concept main living area newly furnished, a 65" flat screen smart TV and Wi-Fi. New stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen.  Fully equipped with new cookware, dinnerware and more.  New windows, light fixtures, ceiling fans and window blinds throughout.  The spacious Master Bedroom offers a King size bed with new mattress and mounted flat smart screen TV, ensuite bath with double sinks, a walk-in shower and walk-in closet.  The Guest Bedroom located on the opposite side of the condo from the Master has a new Queen size bed, mounted flat screen smart TV and walk-in closet.  The second full bath is conveniently located next to the Guest Bedroom.  The office/den offers a desk, printer and a couch that pulls out to a full size futon bed. The screened Lanai is situated overlooking the water and is furnished with a dining table and a sitting area.  Just steps away you can enjoy a private neighborhood pool with plenty of chaise lounges and seating.  This condo sleeps 6 with a King Bed, Queen Bed and convertible futon located in the Den. 

Enjoy this luxury lifestyle community with resort-style lagoon heated pools, fitness and tennis programs, pickle ball, poolside dining, on-site restaurants, spa services including steam and sauna rooms, social activities and special events.  You have the option to enjoy all of these mentioned Fiddler’s Creek amenities for the duration of your stay for a $750 fee. 

There is a $100.00 application processing fee. Fiddler's Creek also requires all renters to submit a background check which is processed through the association for an additional fee/pp. (You will receive this info once you have booked your stay). Minimum stay is 60 days.

Located in Southeast Naples, less than 5 minutes to Marco Island and 20 minutes to downtown Naples, 5th Avenue South.

Wonderful condo
This is a beautiful condo and we would love to stay here again. The host was easy to contact and she provided all of the necessities to get us started. The surrounding area is beautiful and perfect for walking and biking.
