This is a perfect getaway for your family or group to escape to warmer weather and have fun! The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property is complimented by a heated pool, hot tub, green space, and spacious workout room! Added bonus!? Safe, gated community and a parking spot if you decide to rent a car!

Two bedrooms have Queen bedrooms, 3rd bedroom has twin over full bunk and a futon. There is also an air mattress if needed!

We have a infant/child life jackets, pool floaties, family games, baseball gloves, balls, and a few staples available for family fun ready for your arrival.

Pack and play and space saver high chair in unit ready for you! (Please bring your own bedding for pack and play!)

Spring Training Trip

Amanda was easy to work with and she even checked in with us to make sure everything was up to snuff and to make sure we had no problems with the check in process or with the condo. Four of us came for a Spring Training trip to catch a number of baseball games and this property is very convenient to 5 stadiums. The condo was clean and very well kept up. It had everything we needed for cooking, laundry, toiletries, etc. The beds were comfortable along with the living room furniture. The facilities (pool, hot tub, work out area) were very clean and kept up nicely. Overall, we all had a nice experience staying at Amanda's condo.

Great Place

Unit was clean and well stocked. Location made an easy commute to Phoenix Raceway. Definitely recommend staying here. Host was quick to answer questions. Pool area and community very nice.

Positive experience

This rental really fit our needs for a 6 night stay in Phoenix. The apartment was clean and organized and exactly as the owner described in the VRBO listing. The medium ice chests and pool towels were a bonus. The kitchen had tons of amenities. A solid stay!

Feb/March 2023 stay

We absolutely loved our stay at Amanda's condo. It was super clean, beds were comfortable, lots of pool towels, shampoo and cream rinse (not expected, but we sure appreciated this). Her place was super organized. Loved the orange chairs. Couch was super comfortable. Big washer and Dryer. Amanda was the best host we have ever had and this is our 4th time staying at Dessert Breeze; first time in Amanda's place. Loved the thank you card and booklet they left with things to do and popular addresses, etc. If you are hesitant about staying at Amanda's, don't as you will love it.

AZ baseball

We loved our numerous stays at Maryvale for our boys’ baseball tournaments! It’s ideally located to all the baseball fields and a perfect place to rest and relax after the games. And the property manager was fabulous to work with! We will definitely be back again!

Relaxing Phoenix Getaway

The property was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. Amanda promptly answered any question I had and the condo was probably the most completely stocked of any place we have stayed. She had large pool towels, pool toys, a hair dryer. laundry detergent, etc., which made packing so much easier. The residents do keep an eye on things at the pool and property, but they were all extremely friendly and welcoming and enjoyed having our teenagers around. The location is close to many of the things we wanted to do. We would absolutely stay here again!

First visit to Phoenix

Decided to see Phoenix for spring break with the family. The rental was just as it looked in the photos. The property manager was there for us if we needed assistance but we really didn't need much. Everything was pretty well taken care of but it was good to know there was a life line. Heated pool was really comfortable to swim in. Beds were a little less comfortable after 5 nights. Place was clean but not sparkling clean, some wear and tear but I'm fine with that, my house isn't any better. Overhead (?) some of the Canadian snow birds complaining about how much they dislike renters like myself. The air was thick with irony. Weather was great

Glendale getaway

Positives: pool area very nice, safe location, rooms good size, kitchen well equipped, owner was flexible with our checkout time. Negatives: key fobs for access to everything weren’t working due to prior guests actions…after getting that addressed only 1 fob worked. Owner did refund us a small $ amount because of hassle but it was inconvenient during our stay for our family. Master tub very slow to drain, standing in water every time we showered. Association polices the area strictly and beware that you will be watched everywhere you go by both cameras and other owners, it makes you a bit uncomfortable.

Good location, warm pool!

We had a great time here as a family. It does feel more like a retirement community, so we felt a little self conscious about our kids being loud and splashing in the pool around all the older people sunbathing and quietly reading in the pool area. Hopefully they didn't mind too much, but it's something to consider depending on your group. Everyone was very nice though, and we found a fun park for the kids nearby. Amanda, the property owner, was super responsive and communicated clearly throughout our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and took advantage of the well stocked kitchen to have dinner together every night.

Winter escape

Spacious stay! Great location

Great stay, Amanda was very helpful before, during and after the stay. The time and effort she puts in having the condo ready and helpful especially in regards to hygiene needs for adults and children but also games, toys and other stuff to entertain the entire family. She goes the extra mile to present a great place to stay and was also quick to answer any questions we had.

Great Property

This was such a great property. Very clean and easy to get to. Amanda was a great communicator and if there were any questions or concerns, she was very quick to respond. Our kids loved the pool. The property had all the pool toys one could ever need along with coolers, towels, life jackets, board games and other little knick-knacks to keep the kiddos entertained. The neighbors are great and we had a lot of fun getting to know others staying at the property.

Excellent Place to Stay!

5 of us friends celebrated our 30 year class reunion there in Arizona which was the middle place for all of us! We had a wonderful time! Condo was very clean, well set-up, you don’t have to bring anything but your food and clothes. Had a great heated pool and spa! Has BBQ area and everything you need to cook in the kitchen. I can’t wait to come back and stay again! The location is awesome, the area is safe and it’s very clean! Totally recommend this place if you are in the area! Until next time Happy Daze Phoenix. Amanda property manager was super nice and helpful with my questions prior to going!
