1400 sq ft 2 bedroom/1 bath private basement lock-off located in the Vail Valley that comfortably sleeps 7, just minutes from Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch, & Arrowhead ski resorts and a 15 minute drive to Vail.

Large gathering area with 75 inch TV and dining table for 8. Private entrance/deck, private grill, private washer/dryer and a well appointed kitchen with a breakfast bar. Cozy master suite with a queen size bed and a 55 inch TV. Bunk room with 4 beds (one is a full) that comfortably sleeps 5, and 3/4 bath with newly tiled shower. Small grass area off deck for dogs. Parking in driveway off cul-de-sac (snow tires recommended for driving in mountains during winter).

Perfect retreat for all outdoor activities that Vail Valley has to offer. Ten minute drive to Westin gondola and Nottingham Lake, mountain/dirt bike trails accessible in minutes by biking, access to fishing, rafting and road biking nearby and dog park and playground within walking distance.

Five minute drive to downtown Avon, and 15 minute drive to Beaver Creek Village and downtown Edwards. One and a half hour drive to Aspen. Great for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a girls’/boys’ weekend/trip. Only an hour and 40 min drive from Denver and a 2 hour drive from Denver International Airport.

The place was awesome! Jason was super responsive. It was super clean and cozy...perfect for our family!!! I highly recommend staying here. It was a great location and so much better than staying in a hotel. It was like home away from home ☺️

Easy Stay
Well appointed, recently finished unit. Jason did a great job outfitting the unit, great lighting, fully stocked, well done (impressed how much he fit into the kitchen despite it's size). Really did a beautiful job. He was easy to work with and communicate with, instructions were clear and Jason was very accommodating.

A great place
Pleasantly surprised by the amount of space and the functionality of this cute place. More then enough space for my wife and I, our 3 adult kids and the dog. Far enough from the highway that it was quiet and serene but close enough to do groceries or get a bite to eat without spending a half hour in the car.

This basement space was clean, quiet, and in a great location for skiing. Kitchen is well-stocked but small. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to meet with family.
We were very happy with our stay. The location was perfect for out needs. It is in the basement of a nice house with good access, but other than the windows in the stairwell no views of the mountains. That wasn't very important since we got outside plenty. The owner was easy to contact & supportive. The only issues was a broken couch, we ran out of TP & the trash can was overflowing. We really enjoyed ourselves & had plenty of room to have our kids over for dinner.

Pet friendly paradise
We came here to celebrate our 20th anniversary with 2 teenagers and a dog. It is difficult finding pet friendly lodging, particularly lodging that is nice! This basement lock off has been remodeled and is very nicely appointed. I'm impressed by their use of the space they had. It was wonderful coming in after a day of skiing and watching that big screen! It felt very private and the homeowners were kind and responsive. The check in and out process was a breeze. I definitely think this rental is a great value... very nice lodging with reasonable fees and great homeowners. Thank you so much for helping us have a wonderful celebration!

We loved our time at Jason and Sharon’s place! The unit was fresh and clean and stocked with all the necessities and beyond. Loved that we could bring our dog, too. Easy drive into town / nearby ski resorts. Owners were quick and responsive and very accessible.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay. The place was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully stock with the essentials for cooking. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed watching movies with the 75" TV in the living room as we relaxed after a long day on the slopes. The owners were very responsive whenever I reached out to them. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect dog-friendly mountain stay
We were lucky enough to be the first family to stay in this newly renovated basement condo. It had everything we needed and was decorated beautifully. Plenty of light and for the first time in a long time we were able to bring our dog! We skied Vail and Beaver Creek over the weekend, as it is a short drive to both. The owners were wonderful and I highly recommend staying here!
