Cute cabin, but very dirty, and address was wrong
Upon arrival, we were given the address 54 and the cabin is actually at 59, got into the cabin and immediately it smelled of sewage (turned out to be the trash can in the kitchen). Kitchen stove was sticky, and grill utensils were on the ground outside. There was broken glass in the guest bathroom, and used a tips and tooth floss in the master bathroom. My kids found an old dried up cheese stick in the bedroom with bunk beds, and a pacifier holder. There was sticky food in the couch. The drawer in the refrigerator was broken, and a handle on the fuse ball table was broken. There were no towels, which we ended up finding in the dryer. And all of the lights throughout cabin flickered very bad. Messaged host prior to arrival about the storms coming through, and received no response. Also, instructions on cleaning were unclear as far as stripping the beds and putting everything in the laundry room except quilts, but the pillow cases also have quilted covers so wasn’t sure what to do with that, or how to notify anyone on check out. We have stayed in broken bow several times at other cabins in a similar price range, and never had to strip the beds ourselves, or had it so dirty upon arrival. Cabin was very cute, just disappointed in the cleanliness especially considering the cost.

Great weekend Escape!
Started rocky when we found out the owner had removed a queen bed so one of our guest had to use an air mattress. But thankfully they provided a nice one and made it right before we got there! Beautiful cabin with everything you need!! So close to the State park so we enjoyed a beautiful hike to the lake and river. We ate like kings and laughed until we cried!! It was a fabulous weekend get away!!!

Horrible experiences
So me and my family paid over 3000 dollars for a cabin that was not cleaned when we arrived and we had constant issues with internet. And then come to find out that they had security cameras outside and possibly inside the home and the plumbing flooded back into the house getting sewage on our clothes and towels very poor location was not remote at all and little to no help from property management I would’ve wrote this review sooner thought I did I guess it’s the first time I did it the review didn’t go through I know I won’t get refunded for this issue because of how long it’s been but I would never recommend this property and possibly the site because of this issue. Absolutely runt our vacation and this was my mom‘s last vacation she has terminal cancer very upsetting.

Good Stay
Property not as secluded as advertised to be. Pictures are not updated. All the seating furniture are recliners and none of them worked which to some may not be a big thing. However, nothing was terrible to be a deal breaker unless we were going to stay longer and never leave the house. Overall nice place, great stay. Just advertise what is there and what doesn't work. Update pictures.

Great place close to town and state park
This was a perfect place for our family of five. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. It is located in the middle of Broken Bow and Hochatown. Only 12 minutes from walking trails in Beavers Bend state park.

Great place to stay for a weekend gateway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Nice and clean and the host was super responsive for any questions. The jacuzzi and bonfire outside adds another luxury. I read few other reviews that GPS may not work but for us Google maps worked like charm. No problems locating this property. All in all had wonderful time spent at this property.

Very nice
We very much enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was nice after a long day of hiking. The beds were comfortable. Only issue we found is that the propane tanks to the grill were empty. I'm sure this was a small oversight and not the norm.

Needs work
Beautiful home but! Outside Trash can over flowed from the last tenants all over the ground and called landlord who said “ I wish I new that before the trash ran”. This was last tenants trash and a childs cup with milk in it in the fridge also from last tenants, outside grill had so much stuck on food, water ran around both sides of the property from air conditioner gravel was soaked and green so couldn’t walk to fire pit easy and my mother In law has a scooter so she couldn’t get to it. Though this happened still beautiful home.
