The apartment comes with an open floor plan that is as stylish as it is functional.

The living room features a TV and a comfy sofa, where you can relax and watch your favourite shows after a long day exploring the city. The area features a large window that lets in a lot of natural sunlighting that brightens up the space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including a stove, an oven, and a coffee machine. It also includes a washing machine and ironing equipment.

There are 2 beautiful bedrooms equipped with a double bed and 2 single beds respectively, lined in hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. One of the rooms includes a workstation.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Young, arty crowds hang out in the grungy bars and music venues of hilly Menilmontant. The leafy Père Lachaise Cemetery, where celebrities like Oscar Wilde and Jim Morrison are buried, is a popular tourist site.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
