Logement agréable

Le logement est spacieux. Toutefois, il est annoncé un parking, en fait il s'agit d'un garage mais pratiquement inaccessible car les autres locataires positionnent leur voiture ne permettant pas de se garer. Heureusement, les places de parking sont gratuites dans les rues. Les portes fenêtres sont très dures à ouvrir et un nettoyage des vitres serait nécessaire. Un tancarville serait le bienvenu pour étendre le linge.

très bel appartement quelques détails a revoir ( comme fermeture des portes de chambres) le gros problème a été l'emplacement du garage déja un peut juste mais si les 2 autres locataires de chaque coté respectais leur emplacement et ne débordais pas sur le notre il y aurais moins de problème le propriétaire devrais se faire respecter . ma voiture a couché dehors 5 jours alors que j'ai payé le garage. et le locataire précédent a eut le meme problème. sinon emplacement idéal face a la plage et près du centre ville

Top Wohnung in Top Lage

Direkt am Strand von Royan gelegen, ist die Wohnung hervorragend für den Urlaub. Nur über die Straße und schon ist man am Wasser. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir waren gerne dort und können eine Empfehlung aussprechen!

Bel appartement, excellent emplacement

Appartement très chaleureux avec vue directe sur la plage et la mer. A 5mn à pied de l’hyper centre de Royan avec tous les commerces indispensables. L’agence gérante de la location a été d’un accueil formidable et a répondu à toutes nos questions. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants et avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous vous conseillons cette très belle location.

Tout le séjour s’est très bien passé, il serait peut être judicieux d’ajouter clairement dans l’annonce qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur pour ce logement qui se trouve au 1er
