The home can comfortably sleep 8 adults. 4 Queen beds plus a 1 Queen Sleeper pull out couch. The home is centrally located in the heart of Silicon Valley and just minutes from downtown San Jose. Nice house in a nice neighborhood

The house was super clean and very peaceful. We enjoyed the pool even though we opted not to heat it. The neighborhood is nice. We stopped by the store and picked up water, coffee and other supplies. The house is in a convenient location to stores, freeways, and other things you might need or like to do. The beds were comfortable and we had enough towels. It was a good experience.

Perfect house for a San Jose/Bay Area family visit

The house was perfect for us to have plenty of space and a great location while visiting extended family in the area. The home was clean and had all the essentials. The host is very kind, responsive, and takes a lot of pride in the house. We will stay here again! (We didn't use the pool but it looked inviting)

Location, location, location

The house is very roomy and comfortable. It allowed 7 people including a 22 month old, two children, and 4 adults to coexist with plenty of space for all. Unfortunately it was very cool and rained almost the whole time we were there, so we couldn't use the pool, but it looks very nice. Owners were quick to respond to our requests. And it's in a great location. There is a lot to do in the area or on a short drive south or north of San Jose. This includes activities for the kids as well as the adults. The neighborhood in which the house is located is lovely.

Very comfortable. Lots of room. The twin beds are a full size rollaway and one that looked slightly smaller. Overall, I’d stay there again.

Nice & roomy. Very comfortable. Only complaint would be on towels and wash cloths. Not enough wash cloths for everyone & no extras so we had to do laundry multiple times. And no pool towels.

Great Accomidation for a Weekend Trip

We stayed here for a long weekend for a family wedding in the area. The house was close to the freeways and it was in a safe and nice neighborhood. House is listed as advertised. Pool was a nice addition and the heater warmed it right up.

Spacious house and pool!

We came to visit family and shared with my sister in law’s family- there was plenty of room and the pool was a big hit with the kids. Great location and close to lots of shopping/ food. The owner was easy to communicate with and my kids loved there was a lemon tree.

Welcome change from hotels

After staying a couple days in shady hotel with my family i decided to try VRBO for the 1st time and after staying in this house dont think we'll go back to hotels. The house was in a great neighborhood plenty of room for my family of 6. Everything about our stay here was fantastic. Definitely recommend!

Nice clean place in safe neighborhood

Very clean and in a safe quiet neighborhood. This is not a party house. Updated bathrooms. Spacious living area. Kitchen has everything you need. Pool water was a little low and dirty but we didn’t end up going in it so wasn’t a big deal. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Thanksgiving

We had 7 people, 3 generations, come together for Thanksgiving. To start quickly, there were a couple of hiccups. We did not have check-in instructions prior to arrival, but it was resolved within minutes when we arrived. There weren't hand towels for the washroom, but we made do with the available linens. There weren't sufficient silverware (6 forks for 7 people). Slow drain in the main shower. That being said, these were minor compared to our overall experience. The host was very responsive to questions before our visit as well as while standing on the doorstep. The home was clean and completely as advertised. I was pleased because we were able to hold a full Thanksgiving dinner in the home - turkey, homemade breads, dressings, etc.! Large kitchen with plenty of room for 3 cooks. It was really nice to have a coffee machine with carafe as we had several coffee drinkers in the group. We brought games and puzzles to play and the furniture and layout in the family room was comfortable and flexible enough to meet our needs. Location is quiet with quick access to shopping. We took some walks around the neighborhood and watched residents put up Christmas lights. We would consider visiting again!

Our new family gathering location

This was a home away from home for the weekend as we celebrated my Dad’s life with extended family. I picked this spot for its location and proximity to my Dad’s sister, who doesnt travel anymore. I was so pleased with the accommodations for everyone who stayed, the four generous rooms slept four couples easily and with enough privacy for folks to go to bed early while others stayed up. The poolside patio was a delight into the evening. We had nearly everything we needed to make brunch for everyone-we were shy a few pieces of silverware and there werent any obvious coffee filters. Considering those are the only downsides I will definitely rent from Gwen again. It is a truly lovely home-staged beautifully and very cozy.

Beautiful house but uncomfortable with owers using the garage.

A little after we arrived in the house, me my husband and two young children. Went to move our car outside in the garage and the owner was there with two guys and 2 cars. I think they were selling or checking the cars not sure. The owner told me that was written in the contract that they will have access to the garage in my staying which is weird( I did not see in the contract when I rented few months ago)The garage side door inside the house doesn’t locked. It was a car inside the garage which was fine but they changed cars and we didn’t see it. So it made me think if they did over night or another time with out telling us. I hate that! I felted unsafe. they could show up anytime. Overall everything was nice, clean and such a beautiful house.

Perfect location in a safe neighborhood

I picked this property to rent because it was equal distance from where my sons wedding was and from the rehearsal dinner. It was in a very nice neighborhood and we felt very safe there. The beds were comfortable and there were three very new televisions in the house. Everything you need for your stay is provided and everything was very clean. There were just two things that I could suggest need a little improvement. The first one is the combination lock on the front door in that it was very hard to get it to work sometimes. That was because the buttons were hard to see and they didn’t always respond when you pressed on them. The second thing is that the refrigerator’s water and ice maker did not work. Other than that everything was great.
