VILLA SANTA CRUZ - 200m from the Grande Plage
House renovated in 2022, 200m from the Grande Plage and pedestrian streets, in the heart of the Sables d'Olonne.
Train station at 600m (10 min walk)
All you have to do is put your towel on the sand, a change of scenery is guaranteed .
House of 75 m² on two levels ideally located.

- fully equipped kitchen:
Dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster...

- 1 bedroom with two 90 beds that can move closer together to form a 180 bed and sink
All bedding is new, bed and toilet linen is not provided but can be rented from the concierge if needed.
- 1 separate bathroom with shower and toilet
The cleaning will be done after your departure so that you can enjoy the places and the beach until the end.
