Reviewer Comments: So we rented this place because we have a large family along with significant other and two grandbabies.Guess w didn’t dive in enough on configurations of the roomsBut there are two full baths downstairs for 4 people and 1 full bath upstairs for 6 people !! To add insult to injury the bunk room was in a closet !! ( not a real bedroom !! ) . Main floor deck is “covered” no it’s not as we lost an iPhone when it rained .

Decent beach house stay
The location of this home was great- you have beach access across the street and a dock in the bay side. This neighborhood is closest to portifino resort on a quiet cul de sac. The size of the house was great- we had 9 people, 4 children ages 9-13 and the rest adults. It was nice having a washer/dryer and kitchen has very basic utensils. Check in process was super easy. Things that could make the home even better: the floors were dirty/didn’t seem like it had been cleaned well upon arrival. I actually vacuumed the whole thing myself bc I couldn’t take it. The vacuum was clogged and not cleaned out, which is probably why the floors were not clean. The house itself needs some work- floors especially near the base of the stairs are sinking in. Picture online need updating- a house now exists on the left side of this house. It rained every day and we were sad we couldn’t sit on the decks- there is no roof overhang so water ran down and would soak everything on the porch- while other neighbors could atleast still sit outside. There is absolutely no extras- no salt/pepper/spices, oil. Pans need updating. Bring a hairdryer (which is listed/communicated). The garage space is only useful for small/compact cars- couldn’t get our truck covered. The pool is right across the street from the house- but it leaves a lot to be desired. Few pool chairs that are old, the pool itself is VERY basic. Needs refurbishing- kids were picking up liner that was disintegrating.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is in a very convenient location. It was clean and well stocked. We were extremely disappointed to find that the bathrooms were awkwardly located in the living room and not connected to a bedroom. The dressers were too small for unpacking and feeling comfortable. The upstairs bedroom had NO CLOSET OR DRESSER. For this reason alone, I would not rent this house. There was no place to put your luggage or begin to unpack. No coat hangers in any closets. The AC was great and the house was comfortable and well kept. It was just not adequate for moving in.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at this property. Our group consisted of 7 adults and 2 children (ages 2 and 5 months). We all enjoyed sitting out on the many porches the property offers. We were able to grill out back a few nights which was awesome. Short walk over to the beach was a breeze even with two littles. The ping pong table in the garage was definitely a bonus and we had a lot of laughs playing. There were also boogie boards, sand toys, and a few chairs provided which was great. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the first time staying at a beach rental house. We were excited that we were able to get an earlier check in. When entering the kitchen the smell was horrible. In one of the bedrooms the comforter had a rip and it was dirty. Their were three Teflon frying pans that were not usable. Disappointed with the full twin mattresses- sleeping on springs. One of the bathrooms tub did not drain properly. The front porch patio roof leaked so when it rained all the patio furniture got wet. It took several days to dry out before you could sit on the cushions. With that being said the management company did respond quickly and brought over a new comforter, spray for the odor and found out the smell was coming from the garbage disposal. When you turned on the garbage disposal it activated the smell. Also, sent over someone to fixed the drain in the tub. I would suggest getting new counter stools because they were unstable when you sat on them. Need new frying pans and pot holders to remove items from the oven. The location is great and has nice master suite. Be sure to bring extra garbage bags and toilet paper since they only supply 1 garbage bag for the week and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Not enough for a large group staying for a week. My family wouldn’t stay at this house again, but there are others in the same neighborhood.

From the balcony you could see both bodies of water. There was construction going on next door, so it was a little noisy, but hopefully not much longer!The house was nice, though oddly laid out and the secondary bedrooms were small and had minimal storage space for luggage. The kids loved the bunk beds. Furniture was clean and comfortable. Ping Pong table in the basement was fun for the kids and the outdoor shower was nice to rinse the sand off from a beach day. It was nice to be on the slower end of town, but just a short drive to restaurants and entertainment.

Sand in your toes!
The location of this house to the beach is amazing. You could walk down for a few minutes to get away or you could stay all day because it is a 2 minute walk out the door. Also the pool is located perfectly across from house so if parents want to sit on balcony and kids want to swim you can. There were beach chairs and sand toys there for use which was great. The only complaint we had was no pizza pan or pizza cutter other than that we enjoyed our stay!
