Our delightful studio is located just a stone’s throw from the beautiful beaches and crystal clear Caribbean Sea. Nestled between (What was formerly Discovery Bay) Now subject to redevelopment due to start May 2024 and Sandpipers Hotel where we enjoy a truly beautiful location. You can stroll to the nearby shopping centre and beautiful Chattel Village, enjoy the delights of what’s on offer. Redevelopment of Discovery Bay Hotel may cause some inconvenience to guests.

Superb location

We know the area and were pleasantly surprised by how near we were to the superb beach with snorkelling to view fish round the rocks. The bigger fish and stingrays tend to visit the other rocks not far away. Rocknet bar and grill open Wednesday to Saturday with a lively karaoke night on Thursday . If one prefers it quiet the venue is quiet on other nights. The grocery store ( Masseys supermarket )is a ten minute walk maximum and buses in the dat are extremely frequent from almost outside the door. There is a room service to clean the and change sheets during the stay which is a huge bonus. The setting in the gardens is gorgeous. The kitchen is superbly equipped and bed and bed linen of good quality with plenty of towels including beach towels There are beach chairs, masks and snorkel’s available also. All in all made for a superb stay apart from some intermittent noise from the building work next door which was not too intrusive. The kitchen window has only a pelmet rather than a full curtain so can be light if that should affect one. Apart from small niggles no complaints apart from Vrbo website which is difficult at times! A Month of Bliss

A perfect spot for everything from a large Grocery Store , Food Vendor's to Fine dining, steps away from the Studio. But the best part is the location to the best beach in Holetown! From the housekeeper, & a groundskeeper all included just kept everything lovely and clean, Would highly recommend this Art Studio #7 to any couple that wants to enjoy Barbados, without the ties of an all inclusive resort.

Enjoyed our stay

We are from Saskatchewan,Canada. The unit was well equipped. Great location to the sites in the area. Great snorkeling right in the area, however most of the 4 days we were there only one day was calm enough for us but we are not that brave. Other residents were very nice. We really would liked to have A/C as it was almost unbearably hot and humid.

Holetown rental

Beautiful gardens. A short walk through the garden to the beach. Beautiful sunsets and drinks at beach bars close by. Great local food stands. Two great grocery stores. Loved it.

Artist Studio #7 Holetown, Barbados

Wonderful studio in a great location just on the edge of Holetown. We enjoyed how easy it was to walk into town, the food trucks across the main road and so easy to walk to Folkestone and various beach bars and restaurants. This particular studio is very well equipped and stocked. We did not lack anything. The staff was accommodating for any request made of them. I have a problem with mosquitos in that they love me. The only thing that would have helped would be having screens on the windows. Lovely cool breezes at night kept the apartment cool. We did not feel we needed AC. We found the owner Henry very helpful and answered all questions. Gorgeous white sand beaches, and various places to purchase beach chairs for the day. Sun or shade is available. The best thing about this location is the snorkelling. We swam with stingrays, turtles, saw a king fish, barracuda and a myriad of small tropical fish on the ocean side of the new rock reefs. We hope to be back again soon!

Great property

We chose it as we wanted to be in Holetown for news years eve . It didn’t disappoint . Just what we needed for facilities /location . Host was also great

First 5 nights of honeymoon

The studio is in a convenient location and right by the beach. It’s a good spot to get out and explore from. It is quite basic and as there is no aircon we had to have all the windows open to get maximum breeze which meant noise could sometimes be a bit annoying especially if like me you like to go to bed early when in the Caribbean
