Newer built home located in one of South Haven's newest housing developments that offers modern home living, association pool and clubhouse and a short walk/bike ride to the beaches, downtown shops, restaurants, trails and and everything great about South Haven and our area. This home offers a modern full kitchen with an open concept so you can enjoy your meals and entertaining while your and yours vacation here in beautiful South Haven. Home has EV charger installed and the option to rent a golf cart to cruise around town with as well.

The home is bright and spacious. Plenty of room for 9 adults. The location is an easy walk or drive to everywhere we wanted to visit and we really enjoyed South Haven.

Wonderful place for family getaway. Spacious kitchen/ family area. Patio and fire pit area is great space to enjoy. Nice pool/spa. Convient location.

Friends Vacation
We had a wonderful time in South Haven and staying in this lovely house. Well outfitted with tons of space and outdoor areas to hang out with your friends. From the lovely welcome gifts to the binder that detailed everything the area had to offer, this house was a 10+++! We rented a 6 person LSB which allowed us to tool around town and hit up the sights. Everyone in the complex were lovely too! We will be back and highly recommend!

Lovely and well maintained home
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Property is in a new development in walking distance to the marina. My biggest compliment: the beds are comfortable! So often in rental homes that is not the case. Hope to stay again!

Lovely home!
I stayed here with family, including small children. The home is beautiful and very well kept. It was spotless when we arrived. Agree with other reviews that the homes in the neighborhood are close together but we were not bothered by any neighbor noise. The house does have a small patio that has a grill and fire pit but no yard. Location wise, it is very walkable to both Newcome Beach and even Oak Street Beach, but we wanted to go to the main South Beach and needed to drive to accommodate kids and beach equipment. All communication with property manager was promptly answered. The other plus is that rental spans are more flexible than other homes in South Haven which require a week's rental Saturday-to-Saturday. The price of this home was very fair given the quality of the home. You can feel good about choosing this property for your beach vacation.

This place was spacious for a family of 8. It was clean and had everything you needed. Games were available in the garage and had enough beach chairs even though we brought our own. We would stay here again!

Cute, clean, and roomy
We all enjoyed the property. Having a pool available was nice. Walking to the beach was a little far for a group of 11 with kids but the beach has plenty of parking. The owners did a nice job of making a very small yard as usable and cute as they could. We enjoyed the space in the evening. Having games, inside and in the garage was also very nice for the family.

Amazing home
Beautiful home located in a nice neighborhood. House was stocked with all of our needs. They have outdoor games to use, plenty of chairs for the beach, nice outdoor spot with a fire pit to sit around at night, rooms were a great size and beds were super comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Great Community
The house is very nice with plenty of room for our big family. The neighborhood/community was great to walk through. Rented an 8 seat golf cart that included a parking pass was wonderful to get around town and to the beaches. Only issue is the ice dispenser. However, you can get free ice from the machine in the club house.

Beautiful house
The house is wonderful. Nicely decorated and had everything we needed in the kitchen. While the houses in the neighborhood are very close together, we thoroughly enjoyed all of the furniture on the patio. We ate every meal out there and was large enough for most in our group to sit together.

Wonderful getaway!
We had a wonderful time during our family trip to South Haven. The property was new, very clean and in excellent condition. We enjoyed using the clubhouse pool as well so was a nice perk. We would definitely stay here in the future.

Beautiful and clean home/ Current construction in “backyard “
The home itself was beautiful, clean, spacious and comfortable. The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen and living room were fun spots for our family to gather. All the amenities were incredible and thoughtful. Everything you need for a beach vacation was provided. (Chairs, umbrella, towels) I do feel the need to address the new construction happening 3 yards from the back door. At this point the entire back yard pictured in the property photos is now a huge hole. There is a 10 ft drop right off the back porch. Just FYI if you are considering renting w young children in the near future.

Great place!!
The place was clean, meticulously decorated, had everything we would need for the vacation stay including outdoor fireplace, grill, beach accessories, etc. Close 15 min drive to the South Haven north beach was main reason to stay here. Loved the decor & amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

Good location, lovely home
This house is new, completely updated and very clean. Comfy beds, plenty of seating in the living room, and the den has doors so it gave the teens a separate space to hang out. While the houses in the up and coming development are close to each other, the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We could walk to Newcome Beach in about 10 minutes. The owner was great and made check in and check out super easy! Would definitely stay here again!
