Easy walk (3 mins) to The Village at Blue Mountain Beach with pool, gym, putting green, bocci ball, and shuffleboard. Walking distance and easy bike ride (0.6 miles) to public beach, stores and restaurants. Sparkling clean with all new furnishing including custom made dressers, nightstands, and beds with comfortable foam mattresses. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and full washer & dryer.

Professional working mom of 2 beautiful kids. We love to travel and been to many places for pleasure and work, but we still love living in CA cause we have the best weather year round and we can head to the mountains to ski in the morning and hit the beach for a nice sunset on the same day. My kids love the beach and we have 2 vacation rental in Santa Rosa Beach, FL and one in Oceanside, CA. We also love to hike and ski and have a vacation rental in Big Bear Lake, CA and Flagstaff, AZ. I'm very responsive and prefer text and email.
Why they chose this property
Blue Gulf Paradise is located in Blue Mountain Beach, along Florida state route 30-A between San Destin to the west and Grayton Beach, Watercolor and Seaside to the east. It is on the west side of 30A which is less crowded and less traffic compared to Seaside and central 30A during the peak seasons, but still have the same beach, a lot of good restaurants and shops nearby.
What makes this property unique
Kingfish street is tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood with permanent residents and no traffic so kids can easily ride bike around the streets.
Near Grayton Beach State Park which is ranked #1 beach in 2020 by Dr. Beach (Dr. Stephen P. Leatherman)!
