The condo should be updated, it’s really dark with the social area blinds down, the blinds are really hard to pull up and down.

inlet beach

We truly enjoyed our stay. this is a perfect location with public access to beach and a private, small complex. we didn’t feel like we were surrounded by tourists. there was a minor inconvenience when the gate lock did not work but we were leaving the next day so we just walked around to the main gate. also, the bed was a bit of a taco bed. not super comfortable but doable for a few days. otherwise, the unit was lovely with a great location and view.

Can't be more convenient

Lovely little condo with all the amenities one would need. We couldn't believe in how quiet the location was, while still in the middle of everything. Directly across from beach access with flat walkout. Would stay again!

Perfect Spot

Clean and as pictured. Such a great location to the beach. Parking is easy and a quiet building complex. Hosts were easy to contact and resolved any issue quickly. Would book again.

Perfect Family Getaway

We have stayed at this location multiple times, and each time, we remark on what a five-star find it is! Perfect location, clean and spacious interior, with an uninhibited view of the Gulf and immediate access to the beach. We've used the beach rental company recommended by the property owner, which works great (they deliver to the front door and pickup upon departure). An easy 10-minute stroll into Rosemary Beach, or a 2-minute drive. Nice and quiet and not busy. I've recommended this exact property to several friends. We will be staying here again!

Great location but the bed…..

Amazing location. We went up for lunch everyday and steps off the beach. Great view. The only thing I have to say negatively is how uncomfortable the bed is. It is worn and dips in the middle. The bed frame squeaks with any move you make. Small things like no trash bin in bathroom, no dish soap, no hand soap was there so we had to run out to get the basics that I feel like should be there. After going back and reading other reviews people said the same about the bed. Hopefully they invite in a new mattress and bed frame. Vacation is for R&R and it was hard to sleep at night

Best location in Inlet Beach

We had a wonderful stay! Inlet Dunes is the absolute best location for a family - right across from the beach entrance and a small lovely pool on premise. This unit was great and well updated. The view from the balcony is incredible.

Wonderful time!

This is a very clean, nice property and beautifully decorated. We have 2 teenage girls, and it was somewhat cramped for them in the bunk beds...it would work well for younger children...but they did seem on the smaller side. The unit is on the 3rd floor, even though the Unit number is 109...and there is no elevator for future renters. It was a WONDERFUL location. It could not have been more convenient to the beach, and to getting to Rosemary. We had an amazing time in your unit...some much needed time before we send Big Sister off to college.

Beautiful Apartment

This apartment is in an excellent location right at an access point to Inlet Beach. Having a pool in the facility was also excellent! Access to the place was easy because of the instructions that were e-mailed to us - after we located the entrance gate. The rooms were clean and well decorated. The windows all had coverings to use for privacy. The porch was so nice to stand/sit on to catch the ocean breeze! The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking supplies but we would have loved to have some Ziplock bags available. The refrigerator was full sized and a good temperature. My only concerns were that the dryer was complicated to use - it’s a steam dryer and we could not locate the region where we were supposed to put the water to run it. The bed in the main room was so comfortable and the sheets/pillow cases were very clean, however we found a few stains on the white duvet. The bathroom sink is a little small to share between two people but the shower was great! Good water pressure and temperatures! The television was also difficult to navigate but we figured out how to get some live shows. Clean up and departure duties were very simple. The neighbors were very quiet. The location is good - really close to a gas station and a Publix. Overall we loved our stay and would book again!

The finishes in this tiny unit made it feel very homey and we enjoyed our stay. The only things I would change is to put a king bed in the bedroom, the bed was too small for us.

Close to the beaches

The main reason to stay here is that the beach is across the street. The place is clean and serviceable for two people. While we had codes for the parking gate and back gate, neither were working. The gate to the parking area was never closed (one of the gates was blocked by a cinder block), and the back gate lock had no strike to latch onto. The deadbolt to the front door latched, but it could use some TLC. The area is lovely, and since we didn’t spend much time in the condo, it turned out to be fine for what we wanted.

A true getaway

This place is a true gem with literally a minute walk to the beach boardwalk and then there it is … a beautiful beach with beautiful views and soft sand! We also enjoyed the tiki torches and campfires in the evening as the sun sets over the beach and of course that’s what we were there for!! The condo was like opening an old treasure chest hidden away for years! It gives you an adorable home feel and coziness like a hidden cottage and the best view you could ask for along with a fair price. The condo definitely needed a few updates as the beds were not very comfortable in particular the bunk beds and they should have a top railing for children’s safety!! It could definitely use a fresh coat of paint but the 4 star rating was mostly due to it being musky in smell! We aired it out upon arrival and throughout the week and added our own scents of fresh plug-ins and upon arrival a good spray of Lysol! I would definitely recommend this gem and would love to live here year round! The 3rd floor view is gorgeous and not easy but worth the climb up the steps to the 3rd floor! It was very peaceful and quiet without noise from the other 8 units! The parking is right at the building which was a great plus and not like a more commercial condo building is usually a long walk. Go and enjoy and be prepared to make it your own and you will love it !! :) One last thing… it was very well supplied with kitchen items and very nice towels galore! Sea you again soon I hope!! It’s like an old friend!!
