Enjoy the open concept living space with the living / dining / kitchen together for conversation, meal time, and TV viewing. Smart TVs allow Netflix account access and there is a DVD Blu-ray in the living room. The perfect unobstructed view of the ocean encourages relaxed friend and family time.

The Master Bedroom features Queen bedroom furniture, mattress, and bedding as well as a full bath with walk in shower (updated in 2022).

Hallway Bunk Beds – Custom constructed twin sized built-in bunks are very comfortable with oversized mattresses.

Close to Rosemary Beach - bike riding is a real treat with proximity to Rosemary Beach, quiet back roads and all the amenities that are offered nearby. A bike rack is provided.

Bike rentals area available locally and can be delivered to the condo.

Orange you are close enough to Rosemary Beach to enjoy but not pay the prices or Rosemary Beach. Breathtaking Gulf views from the living area or deck are amazing setting the mood to rest and restore like only time spent at the beach ensures.

CANCELATION POLICY: Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

NOTE: Accidental Damage Protection: Your Admin Fee includes an accidental damage protection plan. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible for paying if there is accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2500. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, and/or damages caused by pets. All guests will also be required to provide a credit card for damages that exceed the protection limit or are not protected by the plan.
