This unique property was originally built as motel in the 1950's. We have taken it upon ourselves to give it a facelift! Expects new bathrooms, flooring, beds, windows, and new split AC units in every room! Cool down when you get inside from that Florida heat! Brrrrr
The Space: This unit is 620 sq. ft. located on the first floor. Its two bedroom/two bath with a small kitchen and living room.
The master bedroom has a Queen mattress with an en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a King memory foam mattress and an unattached bathroom. There are no dressers or closets in the units. We provide luggage racks, and places to hang clothing.
This unit is part or a very unique and private wooded property that spans over the bay of the Florida Keys. This unit does has a courtyard view NOT a bay/ocean view. All staying guests have complete access to all the property has to offer. It’s a two minute walk to the boat basin and the most incredible sunset view in Islamorada!
MARINA/BOAT BASIN INFORMATION: - You are allowed one 24’ vessels MAX WITH ENGINE to keep in the boat basin. The basin is too small to accommodate larger boats. - BOATS EXCEEDING LENGTH OF 24' WILL BE MOVED OR SUBJECT REMOVAL AT OWNERS EXPENSE. BOATS MAY BE MOVED TO ACCOMMODATE OTHER BOATS. - Holiday House Mariana waiver must be signed before boat can be on premise. - Boat ramp is for max 20' vessels. - You will have also have access to parking trailer on property for no addition fee. - NO JETSKIS

Property is clean and well taken care of. Perfect place to get away and relax. Sean was more than helpful with any question we had and was always there to help with anything we needed. Will definitely be booking again next year.

This is a nicely located property that is tucked away with an outdoor area worthy of a few drinks and relaxation. It was well kept, clean, and bright. Check in and out process easy with prompt communication.
Great location. Walking distance to several fun spots to hang out. Clean unit and with a short walk to the other side of the property you see the beautiful (bayside) Gulf of Mexico. Quaint and quiet!!

We went for a short family get-away from real life and found it at the Hidden Gem. The property is exceptionally well maintained and very comfortable. Sean is extremely responsive! There are so many restaurants in walking distance. The patio area is so relaxing, and it's a short walk to the boat dock area. The area is very quiet and cozy. We will definitely be back for another visit.
I’ve rented a lot of houses in the keys and this one is now one of my favorites. Will definitely stay again. Very clean with comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Excellent patio area and grounds. Sean was fantastic to deal with! I would highly recommend Hidden Gem.
We really liked the place,the apartment has all the utilities that are needed in a home from A to Z,everything is beautiful, quiet, comfortable, clean, with easy access from sea and land to the places we visit. Perfect mooring for boats and a good location,we enjoyed every moment of all its comforts. In short, the ideal place to spend a few days on vacation.
Another very important thing is the proximity to the Islamorada sandbar(in my opinion the best in Florida).
We loved every minute of our stay at the Hidden Gem! It was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! The place is super cute and functional! The dock was so enjoyable for sunsets! We also used a fishing guide recommended by Sean and he was fantastic! We fell in love with Islamorada and cannot wait to come

Great Place with in walking distance of plenty of restaurants.
Place was nice and clean and had more room than I expected. Centrally located in Islamorada and across the street from Islamorada Brewery. Access to the bay was also nice - we sat out every night and enjoyed the view.
Owner was very responsive to requests. I would definitely rent the property again.
Only ding...a painter came in while we were there to paint the outside of the house. Not a problem, since we were enjoying the area, but if we were going to stay around and use the outdoor space, it would have been a bit inconvenient.
