Tomorrow River Getaway
Beautiful spot along the river in hilly wooded central Wisconsin. Spacious and clean with many special touches. Five good beds each with their own room.

Nice place - lots of room!
Although I was sick the entire trip, the other adults in my party - and my dog - had a wonderful time at the property. They took the canoe down the river and hopped over to the other two lakes nearby. The house has a lot of room to spread out; while I was laying on the couch watching TV, they were in a completely different part playing games and having fun. Wish I felt better and could have enjoyed it more.

Hidden Gem!
This is a hidden gem we found because it’s located between 2 ski hills. Open your perspective with this very unique property. Incredibly roomy & clean. Rosa made sure we lacked for absolutely nothing! Love all their sustainable practices too ! Cannot wait to go back.

Great place!
Wonderful place for a large group! We celebrated our holidays there, and loved all the room. Our 6 year old grandson loved the art area and the organ! Hosts were very responsive to questions. Would stay here again.

Quiet Time
My husband and I stayed here to get away from the busy life and it was worth the drive. It was only 15-20 minutes to dining, stores, etc. I love the fact they have so many games to try and even some art supplies. The host was amazing with quick responses from my initial questions prior to reserving through us leaving.

Incomparable retreat for the creative mind
My spouse and I loved staying here. They're pet friendly, so our fur baby was able to come along. A fully-stocked art studio gave me a chance to play with pastels and paints and even a typewriter. The whole house has tremendous character. If you're a coffee person, there's a coffee roaster practically across the street and there are about 4 different brewing methods available in the house. A scenic 20-minute drive lands you in Stevens Point, so you can get supplies pretty easily. You get a ton of value for money. There's a lot of space to spread out. The hosts are super friendly and want you to have a good time. There are a couple small opportunities to improve: all the concrete and cinder block walls make it echoey, especially in the hallway. They could add a bit more sound absorbing furnishings to soak some of that up. The seating in the room with the TV tends to slide around on the wood floor. A rug in that room could help keep those pieces stay still and make that room a bit more comfortable and cozy. But none of that kept us from enjoying every minute of our stay. I would absolutely go back!

Beautiful spot on the Tomorrow River
If you have not stayed here before; if, like us, you were drawn to the great value but wondered what it would be like, you are in for a wonderful surprise. The place is solid, open, clean, spacious. Five nice private bedrooms each with a queen or king size bed, four of them are memory foam mattresses. Huge kitchen with everything you need. Two bathrooms with shower and a half bath built into one of the bedrooms. Two different living areas, one with two twin beds. The only time I had a question for our host she responded right away. Nelsonville is a lovely little town and you will have access to the property and the river. The place has a great vibe and we hope to return!

We loved our visit to the Tomorrow River Homestead. It was unique, comfortable, peaceful, beautiful. The only surprise was that it was even better than we expected. The indoor space and decor are very cool, with everything you need and then some, and the outdoor area has lots of room for fun and relaxation. We were here in the winter so didn't take advantage of the canoes or fire pits, however our walks were beautiful. I would absolutely recommend the Homestead for a visit to this fabulous area. Oh and our host was super easy to work with too. Loved it!

We enjoyed our stay! The property is in a quiet area, with room to run and play inside and out. It worked well for our group because we were able to have seperate rooms for alone time

Disappointed, for several reasons.
Was locked out at check-in. When host called back she blamed me for not reading the email she send a couple hours prior, that said how to enter in the event it was locked. We all froze the first night, as we didn't realize there was no heat. Hosts were notified and they said they'd turn it on. Upon checking on my guests the following morning they said it was just as cold and didn't think it was ever turned on. The property description states there are two double rooms. After reaching out to hosts to get more detailed info I was informed that one of the double rooms was not actually available, which threw off our travel plans. On top of this, we discovered it's a BLM propaganda site, which went terribly against the tone of the retreat I has planned. My event was promoted as an escape from all the drama in the world, and political extremes were the last thing I thought we would be welcomed to. Upon surveying my guests, none said they'd attend another retreat there for the above mentioned reasons.
