Good place to stay!

Everything was good, except no Air conditioning but fortunately was not necessary for the season Special thanks to Maria the person in charge was so kind I think could be good idea to have some hand soap in the bathroom .

Für einen Kurztrip perfekt

Wir haben die Unterkunft für einen 3 tätigen Aufenthalt auf Gran Canaria genutzt. Das Apartement ist mit dem Bus vom Flughafen gut zu erreichen.Die Adresse der Unterkunft war leider nicht mit der Adresse aus Fewo-Direkt identisch.Wir bekamen eine Nummer zugeschickt bei der wir uns für die Schlüsselübergabe melden sollten. Dort erfuhren wir dann, dass der Schlüssel sich in der Rezeption des Koka Apartements befindet. Unsere Anreise war deshalb sehr chaotisch . Das Apartement und der Pool waren sehr sauber und eigneten sich perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt. Um das Apartement befinden sich mehrere Hotels ,sowie Shoppingcenter. Letztere sind eher runtergekommen und einige erinnern an einen Lost Place. Das hat uns jedoch nicht weiter gestört. Zu Strand kann man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß gelangen.

Nächte sind laut- schlafen nur mit Ohrstöpsel möglich, da Disko im Haus und die laute Musik stört.

Gute Lage, schöner Pool, Appartement sehr klein. Da viele private Appartements in der Anlage sind wird ständig umgebaut und Baulärm erzeugt. Im Appartement selbst waren sehr viele kleine Ameisen und man kann dort nicht offen abstellen, dann sind alles Ameisen dabei. Sehr schade sonst alles ok.

Fint opphold

Fin sentral beliggenhet. Sol på terrassen fra ca kl 12. Ble hentet og kjørt til flyplassen. Hyggelig og hjelpsom vert.

Very tired building from the 1970's in need of major refurb. Shower very small, no soap dish, shower head hose clip needs fixing. Towels very hard. Anybody over 6 feet tall or fat will not fit in the 2 tiny single beds. The front door to the block has the most crap door lock going it is easy to be locked out of the building ! The sunbeds are dirty and not cleaned and chained together so you could not reposition them. Plus points cheap and cheerful and very good wffi and very clean managers very helpful with the door lock key issues.

Kleine FEWO in der Nähe des Strandes und den tollen Sanddünen.

Die saubere kleine Wohnung ist gut für einen Kurzurlaub. Die Übergabe der Wohnung und Schlüssel hat bestens geklappt.

Einfache Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung ist einfach aber nett ausgestattet und sauber. Die Anlage liegt nicht weit zum Strand und hat einen großen Pool, der auch im Winter täglich gereinigt wurde. Das Appartement hat einen Balkon und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Es hat uns gut gefallen.

Sehr schöne FeWo mit super Pool

Sehr gute FeWo mit Balkon, einem Pool der täglich gereinigt wird und sehr zentrale Lage zwischen Kashbar und Yumbo Center. Vom großen Vorteil ist die Waschmaschine, sodas man auch mit wenig Handgepäck über die Runden kommt.

Fantastic apartment close to everything

Central location

Close to everything, kasbah shopping centre a bit run down but don't let that put u off. Apartment was adequate- sun beds round pool not very comfortable, weather is wonderful lots to see & do, if your looking for budget Accomadation then this place is fine.

Perfect flat close to the beach

Very quite, nice and absolut central flat. The flat was perfect! It's less than 5 minutes walking to Yumbo and to Playa del Inglés, and there is a variety of restaurants around. A supermarket is just crossing the street. The flat has everything necessary: a comfortable bed, a fully-equipped kitchen and a sunny terrace where you can have breakfast, read a book or listen to music. The residential complex has a swimming pool and a bar where you can relax after sunbathing. The guy pick us up from the airport, it went directly to the apartment. Perfect holiday arrival and good communication This flat has an excellent quality-cost relationship! If we would have the opportunity, we would come back again!

very close to the beach, perfect place for Canaria

We had a wonderful holiday at this property with beautiful weather. We were met by Mio, the accommodation manager, who collected us from the airport and took us to the local supermarket on the way to the villa. On arrival at the studio we were delighted to see that everything was clean and tidy and kitted out to a high standard. For 2 adults it was very well equipped for a family's needs and with a speed WIFI connection. We enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony to have our meals and chilling with the beautiful pool view. It was reassuring to be part of a private complex with security gates with entry by a key. Mio showed us around the local amenities which were easily accessible by foot. The swimming pool was immaculately clean and very well maintained with a full time life guard everyday. He was very friendly and helpful. The studio was ideally situated for local bars, restaurants, shops, cash point over the road and the beach. There are plenty of trips that can be organised easily through the vendors on the sea front quite cheaply. It was much better value than a hotel as we could come and go as we pleased and were not restricted to a hotel's timetables for meals etc. All communication with the owner was easy and we received quick responses to our questions. We will definitely be booking to return to this particular flat again in the not too distant future. A fabulous holiday for all of us - thank you!
